Getting Started

Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the charging case and earbuds. Connect the USB charging cable to the charging case and a power source. The LED indicator on the case will show the charging status.

Pairing the Earbuds

Take both earbuds out of the charging case. They will automatically turn on and enter pairing mode.
The LED indicators on the earbuds will flash to indicate pairing mode.
On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and search for available devices.
Select "Gembird KK-TWS-01-MX" from the list to pair.
Once paired, the LED indicators will turn off or show a steady light, indicating a successful connection.

Using the Earbuds

Power On/Off

Power On: Remove earbuds from the charging case or press and hold the touch control area for a few seconds.
Power Off: Place earbuds back into the charging case or press and hold the touch control area for a few seconds.

Music Playback and Controls

Play/Pause: Short press the touch control area on either earbud.
Next Track: Double press the touch control area on the right earbud.
Previous Track: Double press the touch control area on the left earbud.

Call Management

Answer/End Call: Short press the touch control area on either earbud.
Reject Call: Press and hold the touch control area on either earbud for a few seconds.

Voice Assistant

Triple press the touch control area on either earbud to activate your device's voice assistant (e.g., Siri, Google Assistant).

Troubleshooting

No Sound: Ensure earbuds are charged and paired correctly. Check device volume.
Connection Issues: Turn off Bluetooth on your device and then turn it back on. Forget the device in Bluetooth settings and re-pair.
One Earbud Not Working: Place both earbuds back in the charging case, wait for them to charge, and then try pairing again.

Safety and Care

Avoid exposing the earbuds to extreme temperatures or moisture.
Do not attempt to disassemble the earbuds or charging case.
Clean the earbuds and charging contacts regularly with a dry, soft cloth.
Keep out of reach of small children.
