Operation and Controls

Step 1: Charging Case Interaction

A single tap on the button on the charging case (less than 1 second) is shown in diagrams, likely for status indication or power management.

Step 2: Bluetooth Pairing

To pair the earphones, first ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device (e.g., smartphone). The device will search for available Bluetooth devices. Select "TWS-01" from the list. If prompted for a PIN, enter "0000".

Step 3: Earbud Controls (Left Earbud)

• Tap (<1 sec): ? Answer/End Call, ▶️⏸️ Play/Pause Music
• Long Press (>2 sec): ? Reject Incoming Call / End Current Call

Step 4: Earbud Controls (Right Earbud)

• Tap (<1 sec): ? Answer/End Call, ▶️⏸️ Play/Pause Music
• Long Press (>2 sec): ? Reject Incoming Call / End Current Call
• Double Tap (x2): ⏭️ Next Track, ⏮️ Previous Track
• Triple Tap (x3): ? Volume Up, ? Volume Down

Step 5: Advanced Controls (Both Earbuds)

Four Taps (x4): Activate voice assistant or other functions, indicated by icons such as ⚙️, ?, ?.

Step 6: Charging the Earphones

Connect the charging case to a power source using a USB Type-C cable. A lightning bolt ⚡ symbol indicates the charging process.

Warranty Conditions

(ENG) The receipt must clearly list the date of purchase and the part number, in addition it should be printed. Keep the receipt for the entire warranty period since it is required for all warranty claims. During the warranty period the defective items will be credited, repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's expense. Work carried out under the warranty neither extends the warranty period nor starts a new warranty period. The manufacturer reserves the right to void any warranty claim for damages or defects due to misuse, abuse or external impact (falling down, impact, ingress of water, dust, contamination or break). Wearing parts (e.g. rechargeable batteries) are excluded from the warranty. Upon receipt of the RMA goods, Gembird Europe B.V. reserves the right to choose between replacement of defective goods or issuing a credit note. The credit note amount will always be calculated on the basis of the current market value of the defective products.
