Assembly Steps
Step 1: Assemble Side Frames
Attach two vertical uprights (1) to a long horizontal shelf beam (2) at the top and bottom. Repeat this process to create two identical side frames. Use a rubber mallet (?) to gently tap parts into place if needed, ensuring a secure fit.
Step 2: Connect Base Structure
Connect the two side frames using short horizontal shelf beams (3) and shelf cross braces (4) at the bottom. The diagram indicates specific connection points. Ensure the structure is stable and square.
Step 3: Install Bottom Shelf
Place a shelf panel (5) onto the bottom frame. Secure it using corner support brackets (7) at the corners. Arrows indicate downward placement of the panel.
Step 4: Add Middle Shelf Supports
Insert additional horizontal shelf beams (2, 3) and cross braces (4) at desired heights to create additional shelf levels. The diagram shows placement for multiple shelves.
Step 5: Install Middle Shelf Panels
Place shelf panels (5) onto the newly created shelf levels. Secure them using parts (3) and (4) as indicated in the diagram.
Step 6: Add More Shelf Levels
Repeat Step 4 and Step 5 to add more shelf levels, inserting shelf beams (2, 3), cross braces (4), and shelf panels (5) at various heights as desired.
Step 7: Reinforce Structure
Attach more vertical uprights (1) and shelf connectors/clips (6) to reinforce the structure and prepare for further shelves. This step enhances stability.
Steps 8-10: Continue Adding Shelves
Continue adding shelf panels (5) and their supporting beams (2, 3, 4) at various levels, securing them as shown in the diagrams. The unit can be configured with multiple shelves up to its capacity.
Step 11: Attach Top Brackets
Attach corner support brackets (7) to the top of the unit for added stability and a finished look. Arrows indicate placement.
Step 12: Secure to Wall (Optional)
For maximum safety and stability, it is recommended to secure the unit to a wall. Insert wall anchors (9) into the wall at the desired height. Attach the unit to the wall using screws (10) through the designated holes on the unit's frame. Ensure you use appropriate anchors for your wall type.
Step 13: Install Locking Clips
Install locking clips (11) to secure the structure, likely at key connection points for added safety and to prevent accidental dislodgement of components.
