Assembly Steps
Step 1: Prepare Side Panels
Insert Cam Bolts (1) into the pre-drilled holes on the inner sides of the Left Side Panel (A) and Right Side Panel (B). Insert Wood Dowels (3) into the corresponding holes on the edges that will connect to the top and bottom panels.
Step 2: Attach Bottom and Fixed Shelf
Attach the Bottom Panel (D) to the Left Side Panel (A) by aligning the cam bolts and dowels. Secure by inserting Cam Locks (2) into the large holes on the Bottom Panel and turning them clockwise with a screwdriver until snug. Repeat this process to attach the Fixed Shelf (E) to the Left Side Panel (A) at the designated height.
Step 3: Attach Top Panel
Attach the Top Panel (C) to the Left Side Panel (A) using the same method as in Step 2, securing with Cam Locks (2).
Step 4: Attach Right Side Panel
Carefully align the Right Side Panel (B) with the assembled structure, ensuring all cam bolts and dowels from the Top Panel (C), Fixed Shelf (E), and Bottom Panel (D) fit into their respective holes on Panel (B). Secure all connections using Cam Locks (2).
Step 5: Install Back Panels
Slide the Back Panel - Upper (G) and Back Panel - Lower (H) into the grooves on the back of the assembled frame. Ensure they are flush. Secure the back panels using the Back Panel Nails (9), spacing them evenly around the perimeter. A hammer will be needed for this step.
Step 6: Install Doors
Attach the Door Hinges (5) to the Left Door (I) and Right Door (J) using Hinge Screws (6). Then, attach the other side of the hinges to the corresponding pre-drilled holes on the Left Side Panel (A) and Right Side Panel (B). Adjust hinges as needed for proper door alignment. Attach Door Handles (7) to the doors using Handle Screws (8).
Step 7: Install Adjustable Shelf
Insert Shelf Pins (4) into the desired height holes inside the cabinet. Place the Adjustable Shelf (F) onto the shelf pins.
Step 8: Secure to Wall (Recommended)
For safety, it is highly recommended to secure the cabinet to the wall using the provided Anti-tip Kit (10). Follow the separate instructions included with the kit to properly anchor the unit to your wall.
Care and Maintenance ⚙️
- Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Check and tighten hardware periodically.
