  • Adjust the front leveling legs at the bottom to level the unit.
  • Place the product away from direct sunlight and any heat sources (stoves, heaters, radiators). Direct sunlight may damage the acrylic coating, while heat sources increase energy consumption. Avoid extremely cold temperatures (below 60°F / 16°C) and moist or damp locations.

Handle Installation Diagram Description: The diagram shows the door frame, rubber gasket, screw, flat washer, lock washer, and handle. It indicates that screws are tightened clockwise and loosened counterclockwise.

Electrical Connection:

  • Note: Improper use of the grounded plug can result in electrical shock. If the power cord is damaged, have it replaced by an authorized service center. Proper grounding is essential for safety. The power cord has a three-prong plug for standard outlets to reduce electrical shock risk.
  • Plug the unit into an exclusive, properly grounded wall outlet. Do not cut or remove the third (ground) prong. For personal safety, this appliance must be properly grounded. Consult a certified electrician or authorized service center for any questions concerning power and/or grounding.
  • The appliance should always be plugged into its own individual electrical outlet matching the voltage rating on the appliance label. This ensures best performance and prevents overloading house wiring circuits. Never unplug by pulling the power cord; grip the plug firmly and pull straight out. Repair or replace immediately all power cords that have become frayed or damaged. Do not use a cord showing cracks or abrasion damage. Be careful not to damage the power cord when moving the appliance.
  • This appliance requires a standard AC115V/60Hz grounded outlet with three prongs. Have the wall outlet and circuit checked by a qualified electrician. Replace 2-prong outlets with properly grounded 3-prong outlets. The cord should be secured behind the appliance and not left exposed or dangling.

Power Bar with Surge Protection (Recommended):

Most electrical appliances are susceptible to power surges. If your location is prone to surges/outages, it is strongly recommended to connect all devices to a surge protector with an adequate joule rating. Consult a licensed electrician for specifications.

Extension Cord:

To avoid potential safety hazards, do not use an extension cord with this appliance. If an extension cord is required, use a UL/CUL-listed, 3-wire grounding cord rated for 115 volts and at least 10 amperes.

Installing the Handle:

  1. Remove the door gasket from the left side of the door (where the handle will be installed). No tools are required; the gasket can be detached by hand, starting from a corner if needed.
  2. Insert the two handle screws, lock washer, and flat washer (included in the instruction manual bag) from the inside to the outside of the door.
  3. Align the handle holes with the screws. Tighten the screws using a screwdriver until the handle base is flush with the door surface. Ensure the handle is secure but not overtightened to avoid assembly damage.
  4. Reinstall the door gasket.

Note: The Handle Screws are packed with other accessories in the instruction manual bag. Please insert them into the door before installing the handle.

Operating Your Beverage Refrigerator

Setting the Temperature:

The temperature range for the Yeego YG-BS24-23 beverage refrigerator is 34°F-54°F (1°C-12°C). The temperature increases or decreases by 1°C or 1°F with the UP [+] or DOWN [-] buttons, respectively. You can view the current setting temperature by touching the UP or DOWN marks.

It is recommended to install the beverage refrigerator in an area where the ambient temperature is maintained between 66°F and 75°F (19°C to 24°C). If the ambient temperature falls outside this range, the unit's performance may be compromised.

Note: This product is designed for storing and cooling beverages. It is not intended for storage of perishable foods.

Large Storage Capacity:

Approximately 140 standard 12 oz. drink cans can be stored in the beverage refrigerator, though capacity may vary with can size and dimension.

Shelves:

The appliance is equipped with 3 removable wire shelves that can be moved smoothly. To prevent damaging the door gasket, ensure the door is fully opened when pulling shelves out. Pull shelves approximately 1/3 out of the cabinet for easy access to drinks.

Moving the Beverage Refrigerator:

  1. Remove all items (drinks).
  2. Tape down securely all loose items (shelves) inside your appliance.
  3. Turn the adjustable leg up to the base to avoid damage.
  4. Tape the door shut.
  5. Ensure the appliance stays secure in the upright position during transportation. If horizontal transport is necessary, transport the refrigerator on its back (door on top).
  6. Protect the outside of the appliance with a blanket or similar item.

Cleaning the Beverage Refrigerator:

  • Before cleaning, power off and unplug the appliance. Remove all contents, including shelves.
  • Clean interior surfaces using a warm water-based baking soda solution (mix approximately 2 tablespoons of baking soda with 1 cup of water).
  • Wash shelves with a mild detergent solution, rinse thoroughly, and allow them to dry completely.
  • When cleaning the control panel or electrical components, ensure the sponge or cloth is wrung out to prevent excess moisture.
  • Finally, wipe the exterior cabinet with warm water and a mild liquid detergent, then rinse and dry with a clean, soft cloth.

Note: Please disconnect the unit from its power source during operation to avoid exposing yourself to the risk of electric shock or personal injury.

Automatic Defrosting:

The unit defrosts automatically. The evaporator behind the rear wall defrosts automatically. Condensate collects in the drainage channel behind the rear wall and flows through the drainage hole into the drip tray by the compressor, where it evaporates.

Power Failure:

Most power failures are corrected within a few hours and should not affect the temperature if the door is opened minimally. If the power is off for a longer period, take proper steps to protect your contents.

Charcoal Filtration System:

Your beverage refrigerator is equipped with an active charcoal filtration system to ensure air purity and maintain an odor-free cabinet. The filter is located at the bottom of the rear panel inside your refrigerator. This filter should be changed every 12 months.

To replace the filter: Remove beverage bottles from the shelves in front of the filter. Take out the shelves. Grip the old filter firmly, rotate 45 degrees counterclockwise, and pull it out. Discard the used filter and insert the new one into the slot, securing it by rotating 45 degrees clockwise.

Energy Saving Tips:

  • Place the beverage refrigerator in the coolest area, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
  • Ensure adequate space on all sides for proper ventilation. Never cover any air vents.
  • Minimize the time the door is open. Frequent opening will affect the internal temperature.
