The ProtectONE® TR 1V is a smoke extraction unit designed for tertiary and industrial buildings. It is F400-120 certified and features a belt-driven reaction impeller. The unit is equipped with the exclusive ProtectONE® Adapt system for easy airflow adjustment.

Operational Principle

Upon command from the fire safety system (CMSI), the ProtectONE® T unit is activated in smoke extraction mode via the relay control box. The control box then switches the unit to 'fault' mode and subsequently to 'standby' mode.

Smoke and hot gas extraction in tertiary buildings during fire incidents.
Extraction of stale air in tertiary and industrial premises.
Pollutant extraction from professional kitchens.

Installation & Configuration

The unit can be installed indoors or outdoors. For indoor installations, thermal-acoustic insulation is recommended. For outdoor installations, a rain guard and grille are advised. A proximity switch is supplied pre-wired with position contacts.

Performance Curves

The performance curves illustrate the relationship between airflow (Q) and total pressure (Ptot) for different power ratings (1.5 kW, 2.2 kW, 3 kW). These curves are based on NF EN ISO 5801 standards and consider different installation configurations such as free discharge and ducted discharge.

Curve Definitions:

Q (m³/s): Airflow rate in cubic meters per second.
Ptot (Pa): Total pressure in Pascals.
Pd asp.: Dynamic pressure in the duct at the suction point.
AP Rfit raccordé: Pressure gain with a ducted discharge instead of free discharge.
