Getting Started: Stand Attachment and Placement
This guide provides essential steps for setting up your Philips 7608 series television. Please follow these instructions carefully.
Attaching the Stand
The process for attaching the TV stand differs slightly based on your screen size:
For 43", 50", and 55" Models:
Unpack the television and its two stand components. Align the stands with the designated slots on the bottom edge of the TV. Secure them using the provided screws. The diagram shows two stand pieces, typically labeled 'L' for left and 'R' for right, which connect to the TV's base. Four screws are generally used for these sizes (43"/50"/55"/65" models).
For 65" and 75" Models:
For larger screen sizes, unpack the TV and stand parts. Attach the stands to the bottom of the TV, ensuring correct alignment with the screw holes, and secure them with screws. The diagrams indicate different stand designs for these sizes. The 75" model typically requires six screws for stand attachment.
Placing the TV
Once the stands are securely attached, carefully lift the television and place it on a stable, flat surface, such as a table. The illustration shows two individuals assisting with this placement.
