Getting Started

Powering On: Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.

Charging:

• Earphones: Approximately 1.5 hours for a full charge.
• Charging Case: Approximately 2 hours for a full charge.

Charging Indicators:

• Earphones in case: Charging indicated by a light, full charge when light turns off.
• Charging Case: LED indicators show the battery level of the case.

Pairing and Connection

Initial Pairing:

1. Open the charging case with the earbuds inside.
2. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
3. On your device, navigate to Bluetooth settings and select "1MORE Q21" to connect.

Pairing with a New Device: If the earbuds are already paired, place them in the case, press and hold the pairing button for 8 seconds to clear previous pairings. Then follow the initial pairing steps.

Troubleshooting Pairing Issues: If only one earbud connects, place both earbuds in the case, triple-tap the pairing button, then select "1MORE Q21" from your device's Bluetooth list.

Operation

• Play/Pause: Double-tap on either earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Double-tap on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud.
• Voice Assistant: Press and hold either earbud for 3 seconds (when connected via Bluetooth and not on a call).
• Track Selection & Volume Control: These functions can be configured via the 1MORE APP or operated on your connected device.

1MORE APP Features

The 1MORE APP allows for advanced customization, including:

• Customizing earbud functions.
• Enabling Entertainment Mode (low latency) for synchronized audio-visual experiences, ideal for mobile gaming.
• OTA firmware updates for improved performance and features.

Troubleshooting

• Earphones won't power on: Ensure earbuds are charged for at least 30 minutes.
• No sound on Android device: After connecting, ensure "Media Audio" is enabled in Bluetooth settings.
• Cannot make calls on Android device: After connecting, ensure "Phone Audio" is enabled in Bluetooth settings.
• Bluetooth connection unstable: Shorten distance, avoid obstructions, stay away from interference sources (Wi-Fi/GPRS), ensure phone antenna is not covered.
• Function differences with third-party apps: Functionality may vary. Using the phone's native music player is recommended.
