Basic Operations
Call Handling
- Answer Call: Double-click the earphone.
- End/Reject Call: Long press the earphone.
Music Control
- Play/Pause: Double-click the earphone.
- Track/Volume Control: These functions can be managed via the 1MORE MUSIC APP or directly on your paired mobile device.
Voice Assistant
Activate your smartphone's voice assistant by triple-tapping an earphone when Bluetooth is connected and you are not on a call.
Note: The functions described above are applicable to either earphone when used in single or stereo mode. Custom settings are available within the 1MORE MUSIC APP.
Smart Features
Smart Playback
The earphones are equipped with an IR sensor. When you remove an earphone, music playback will automatically pause. When you put it back in, playback will resume. This "Auto Playback" feature can be disabled through the 1MORE MUSIC APP.
Advanced Functions
Pairing Earphones
If only one earphone is connecting to your device, place both earphones into the charging case. Quickly triple-tap the pairing button on the case to initiate Left/Right pairing. Then, select "1MORE Fit" from your device's Bluetooth pairing list to connect.
Clear Pairing Records
To clear all previously saved Bluetooth pairing records, place both the left and right earphones into the charging case. Then, press and hold the pairing button on the case for 8 seconds.
OTA Firmware Update
You can update the earphone's firmware wirelessly (OTA). Ensure both earphones are connected via Bluetooth and have at least 50% battery charge. Open the 1MORE MUSIC APP to perform the synchronized update.

Troubleshooting (FAQ)
Earphones won't turn on
Please ensure the earphones have sufficient charge. If depleted, charge them for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power them on.
Bluetooth connection issues
1. Pairing problems: If only one earphone pairs, place both in the charging case, quickly triple-tap the pairing button, and then connect to "1MORE Fit" in your device's Bluetooth list. For new device connections, triple-tap the pairing button and select "1MORE Fit 50".
2. No music on Android: After connecting, go to your phone's Bluetooth settings, tap the connected device's name, and ensure "Media Audio" is enabled.
3. No calls on Android: After connecting, go to your phone's Bluetooth settings, tap the connected device's name, and ensure "Phone Audio" is enabled.
4. Unstable Bluetooth connection: Keep the distance between your device and earphones short, and avoid physical obstacles. Stay away from strong interference sources (e.g., Wi-Fi, GPRS). Ensure your phone's antenna is not obstructed.
5. Functionality differs with third-party apps: Differences in function may occur due to variations in software definitions between phone systems and third-party applications. It is recommended to use the music player native to your phone's operating system for optimal compatibility.
