Product Overview

The 1MORE SleepBuds Z30 are wireless earphones designed for comfort and immersive audio experiences, including soothing sounds for relaxation.

Components:

• Headphones: Consist of left and right earbuds.
• Charging Case: A portable case for storing and recharging the earbuds.
• Silicone Ear Tip: Interchangeable tips that attach to the earbuds for a secure and comfortable fit, available in sizes XS, S, M, and L.

Fit and Placement

Achieve the best fit and comfort by selecting the appropriate ear tip size (XS, S, M, L). Ensure the ear tips are securely attached to the earbuds.

Headphones Pairing

Automatic Pairing:

The left and right headphones automatically pair with each other when the charging case lid is opened, provided they have sufficient charge.

Power On/Off:

• Power On: Remove the headphones from the charging case; they will turn on automatically.
• Power Off: Place the headphones back into the charging case and close the lid; they will automatically turn off and begin charging.

Bluetooth Pairing to a Device:

Initial Pairing: Turn on the headphones. The headphone status LEDs will flash white, indicating pairing mode. If no device is connected within 3 minutes, the headphones will power off.

Automatic Reconnection: After the first successful pairing, the headphones will automatically connect to your previously paired device when powered on and within range.

Pairing with a New Device: Place both headphones back into the charging case. With the headphones powered on (no playback), triple-click the pairing button on the case to re-enter pairing mode and connect to a new Bluetooth device.

Note: These pairing functions are available for individual earbuds or in stereo mode.

Charging

Charging the Case: Connect a Type-C charging cable to the charging case. A full charge takes approximately 90 minutes.

Charging the Headphones: Place the earbuds into the charging case, ensuring they are magnetically attached. Close the lid to initiate charging. A full charge for the earbuds takes approximately 85 minutes.

Battery Status Indicators:

• Charging Case LED: Displays battery status: Red light indicates low battery, yellow light indicates medium battery, and green light indicates a full battery.
• Low Battery Warning: If the case battery is below 20%, the red indicator stays lit for 3 seconds. If below 10%, the red indicator flashes 10 times.

Controls

Playback controls, such as play/pause, next/previous track, and volume adjustment, are managed through the connected device. The headphones do not support phone calls as they lack microphones.

Soothing Sounds and App Usage

Enhance your experience by downloading the 1MORE MUSIC APP. This app allows access to soothing soundscapes for relaxation and sleep.

Using the 1MORE MUSIC APP:

• Switching Listening Modes: After pairing your phone, open the 1MORE MUSIC APP and navigate to the 1MORE Z30 home page. You can switch between "Music" and "Soothing" modes.
• Accessing Soothing Sounds: Tap the "Soothing Sounds" button to enter the playlist.
• Downloading Sounds: Select sounds to download to your headphones by clicking the "+" icon.
• Setting Playback Timer: Use the timer icon on the song page to set the duration for soothing sound playback.

Note: Playback and volume for soothing sounds can only be adjusted within the 1MORE MUSIC APP.

Example of Time Setup Interface:

The app features a "Time Setup" interface allowing users to select durations like 30, 60, or 90 minutes using "+" and "-" buttons, with an "OK" confirmation.

Extra Functions and Troubleshooting

Common Issues and Solutions:

• Pairing Failure: If headphones do not pair normally, place both back into the case, close and reopen the lid, then press and hold the pairing button on the case for approximately 3 seconds. The headphone LED indicators will flash white, re-entering pairing mode.
• Unpairing a Device: Place both headphones into the case. Press and hold the pairing button on the case for 8 seconds to disconnect the headphones from the current device.
• OTA Firmware Update: Firmware can be updated synchronously via the 1MORE MUSIC APP if the left and right earbuds are connected and have at least 50% battery.

Tips for Best Use

1. Read this instruction manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
2. Fully charge the battery before the first use.
3. If the headphones have been unused for more than 3 months, charging them is recommended to improve battery capacity.
4. Use only charging cables and adapters approved by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
5. In dry environments, static electricity may cause a tingling sensation in the ear; this is not a product defect.

Safety Information

• Never disassemble the headphones; there are no user-serviceable parts inside.
• Do not expose the headphones to temperatures below 0°C (32°F) or above 45°C (113°F).

1MORE (1) Year Limited Warranty

1MORE Inc. warrants this product to the original retail purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, provided it is used and maintained properly.

If the product proves defective, 1MORE will, at its option, repair it with new or refurbished parts or replace it with an equivalent new or refurbished product at no charge. If the model is unavailable, 1MORE may replace it with a current model of equal or greater value. Modifications to the mounting surface may be required for new model substitutions, for which 1MORE is not responsible.

6. Why can't the volume be adjusted via cellphone buttons when playing soothing sounds in the 1MORE MUSIC APP? The soothing sounds are stored in the headphone's flash memory and can only be adjusted via the app's volume controls.
7. Headphones disconnect when out of wireless range and do not automatically reconnect upon returning. How to fix? Tap the device name in your phone's Bluetooth pairing list to reconnect. If the headphones are off, place them in the case, open/close the lid, and then reconnect.
8. I feel uncomfortable wearing the headphones. How to solve it? This is usually due to ear tip size. Try using smaller ear tips for a more comfortable fit.
