Getting Started
Charging the Earbuds and Case
Place the earbuds into the charging case. The LED indicator on the case will show the charging status. Connect the USB-C cable to the case to charge it. A full charge of the case and earbuds is recommended before first use. ?
Pairing with Your Device
1. Open the charging case with the earbuds inside. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode. The LED indicator on the earbuds will flash.
2. On your Bluetooth-enabled device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings.
3. Select "1MORE ComfoBuds Mini" from the list of available devices.
4. Once connected, the LED indicator will turn solid. ?

Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) & Transparency Mode
ANC Mode: Reduces ambient noise for an immersive listening experience. Activate by pressing and holding the touch control on the left earbud for 3 seconds. ?
Transparency Mode: Allows external sounds to be heard, useful for conversations or situational awareness. Activate by pressing and holding the touch control on the left earbud for 3 seconds (cycles through ANC Off, ANC On, Transparency). ?

Troubleshooting
No Sound
Ensure earbuds are charged and properly paired. Check volume levels on your device. Try restarting your device and re-pairing the earbuds.
Connection Issues
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Ensure earbuds are within range (approx. 10 meters / 33 feet). Forget the device in Bluetooth settings and re-pair.
One Earbud Not Working
Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, wait 10 seconds, then reopen. This can reset the earbuds.
