If covered by the warranty, IKEA will cover costs for repairs, spare parts, labour, and travel expenses for repair personnel incurred by IKEA, provided the product is accessible for repair without special effort. This does not apply to work not authorized by IKEA. Replaced parts become the property of IKEA.
If an item is no longer sold by IKEA, IKEA will provide an appropriate replacement, determined at IKEA's sole discretion.
After Sales Service
IKEA renews its product range annually. A 2-year After Sales service is provided for IKEA kitchen doors and drawer fronts. This allows customers to complement their kitchen with these items for up to two years after they have been discontinued, as long as stocks last.
