Product Specifications

Construction

Constructed from extruded aluminum housing (2-1/4" x 12" housing) with die-formed 20 gauge cold rolled steel.

End Caps

Precision engineered 2-piece die cast aluminum alloy, attaching mechanically without exposed fasteners. End caps add 2-1/8" at each end.

Lengths

Available in 4 ft and 8 ft sections. Modular design allows for starter, intermediate, and end-of-run sections to create continuous runs.

Finish

Electrostatically applied polyester powder coat paint. Standard finishes include White, Silver, or Black. RAL custom colors are available.

Mounting

Fixture mounts directly to structure over a 2"x4" standard electrical box (by others), mounted parallel to the fixture into the ceiling or wall. All sections are continuously wired with push-in connectors. Quick-Tab alignment features facilitate straight continuous runs. Refer to installation instructions for ceiling interface details.

Shielding / Optics

Optical grade acrylic embedded with patented Accu-Aim™ micro-optics for optimal distribution, low glare, and high performance. Available in Specular (WS) or Diffuse (WD) patterns. Optional Dust Cover (DC) is clear polycarbonate. Frosted Cover (FC) is frosted polycarbonate. Solid Cover (SC) is a white powder coat painted steel reflector for 100% downlight.

LED and Light Engine

LEDs are available in 3000K, 3500K, and 4000K with CRI options of ≥80CRI or ≥90CRI. Lumen output varies based on configuration. TM21 life at 60,000 hours is up to L87, with calculated L70 exceeding 256,000 hours. Drivers are available for 120-277V and 347V.

Integrated Controls

Supports 0-10V dimming to 1% standard. Compatible with WaveLinx and Enlighted sensors for IoT capability. WaveLinx Lite offers out-of-the-box functionality.

Emergency Options

Optional 14-watt 120-277V emergency battery pack illuminates a 4 ft. down-light section. Features a 90-minute backup period, test switch/indicator button, and patented EZ Key to prevent accidental battery discharge. An EPC UL924 bypass relay may be required for combined sensor and emergency circuit options.

cULus listed for damp locations (25°C ambient environments). RoHS compliant. Tested to IESNA LM-79 and LM-80 standards. Stated life per TM21 standards. Example Calculation: For WS / 40L / 3500K / 80 CRI, with a selected lumen output of 999 lms/ft. If 3500K / 90 CRI is desired, the Lumen Adjustment Factor is 0.861. Adjusted Lumen Output = 999 lms/ft x 0.861 = 860 lms/ft.

Lumen Maintenance

At 25°C ambient temperature, TM-21 Lumen Maintenance (60,000 hours) is >87%, with a Theoretical L70 of 256,000 hours.
