Product Overview

The Aldes BW32 BAHIA® CURVE S is a hygrometric single-flow extraction grille designed for technical rooms in individual houses and collective housing, both new and renovated. It is a small model for flow rates below 50 m³/h.

This grille automatically regulates airflow based on the humidity level in the room, ensuring sufficient and permanent extraction of indoor pollutants. It is ideal for bathrooms, toilets, and utility rooms.

Installation Guidelines

Install in humid or technical rooms such as bathrooms, toilets, or cellars.
Position on a vertical wall or ceiling at a height of at least 1.80 meters above the floor.
Ensure accessibility and removability, with at least 20 cm clearance from adjacent walls.
Optimal sealing between the grille and the duct is crucial, preferably using a cuff.
For Ø 125 mm ducts, the grille fixes directly via a push-fit with an O-ring into a cuff, RT Flex, or rigid/semi-rigid duct.
For Ø 80 mm ducts, the grille fixes via push-fit into cuffs or rigid/semi-rigid ducts.
For ceiling installations or above furniture, use a cord return (Ref: 11015001).
For electric control versions, use a 9V alkaline battery (type 6LR61) and a standard push button (Ref: 11026011).
Extraction grilles require annual maintenance and inspection.
Mechanical hoods must not be connected to the VMC system.
Before replacing an old grille, record the pressure and the type of dwelling.
