Product Overview
The XY3605 is a compact and exquisite CNC DC buck-boost power supply with an aluminum alloy shell. It features minimalist operation with remote control and digital keyboard input, making it efficient and fast. The device is equipped with a 1.14-inch high-resolution LCD screen offering clear, delicate, and natural images from any viewing angle.

Protection Mechanisms
The XY3605 features a comprehensive protection system:
- Hardware Protection: Input anti-reverse connection protection, output short-circuit protection.
- Software Protection: Overvoltage protection (OVP), over current protection (OCP), over power protection (OPP), over temperature protection (OTP), input under voltage protection (LVP).
Note: For full-load output, the input power supply should be optional 20V~30V with power above 200W. Lower input voltage results in smaller output power. When the output voltage is lower than 2V, the output current should be reduced.

Theme Customization
The foreground and background colors can be switched freely, with 64 color combinations available to match your preferences.

Operation: Short press the rotary encoder button, select the desired position, and use the rotary encoder to switch the theme background color and foreground color.

The device features a reasonable airflow and heat dissipation structure. At full power (180W), the surface temperature is approximately 45 degrees Celsius. When operating at 5.5A and 200W, the surface temperature is around 50 degrees Celsius.

Key and Function Description (Remote Control)
- ON/OFF: Turn on/off power output.
- Delete: Delete/return.
- U-SET: Set voltage.
- I-SET: Set current.
- Shift: Function key shift.
- OK: Confirm/select.
- Direction Keys: Up/down adjustment, left/right shift/page turning.
- Numbers (0-9): Digital input for setting values (e.g., voltage, current).
- Shift + Direction Keys: Fast distribution network.
- Shift + °C/°F: Switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
- Shift + LOCK: Lock/unlock keys.
- Shift + M0-M9: Quickly recall data groups M0-M9.
Notes:
- Brightness adjustment (B0-B5) can be set directly using numbers 0-5 or adjusted via the encoder.
- Screen-off time (0-9 minutes) can be set directly using numbers 0-9 or adjusted via the encoder.
- M8/M9 are for 12V/24V quick transfer, used for electric soldering iron temperature adjustment or fan speed adjustment.
High Version XY3605-W Connectivity
The XY3605-W connects to the internet via 2.4G WiFi, enabling transparent internal network communication and external network server access. This allows for unlimited remote control and data viewing from anywhere.

Sinilink Power System Communication Diagram

Detailed Interface and Key Functions
- ON/OFF Button: Short press to turn on/off power output. Long press for 2 seconds allows screen rotation in four directions (360°).
- Rotary Encoder Potentiometer: Facilitates fast page turning and parameter adjustments.
Parameter Setting Interface
Setting Parameters:
- Short press the code potentiometer button to activate the parameter (voltage/current) to be set.
- Switch between full selection and bit selection by short pressing the code potentiometer button.
- After selection, parameters are displayed in reverse blue. Use the rotary encoder to adjust values.
- Long press the code potentiometer button for 2 seconds or no operation for more than 6 seconds to exit the setting. All parameters are automatically saved.
Data Group Function:
- Save up to 10 data groups (M0-M9), with M0 as the default.
- Press and hold the code potentiometer button for 2 seconds on any interface to quickly recall data groups M1/M2.
- The current data group serial number is displayed at the interface index.
- In the parameter setting interface, select the data group and use the encoder to adjust.
Note: Power output is turned off by default after switching data groups.
Default Settings:

- Set Current I-SET: 0-5.5A
- Input Undervoltage Protection LVP: Default 4.0V (adjustable)
- Output Overvoltage Protection OVP: Default 37V (adjustable)

- Output Over Power Protection OPP: Default 205W (adjustable)
- Maximum Operating Time OHP: Turns off output automatically when the set time is reached.
- Maximum Capacity OAH: Turns off output automatically when the set capacity is reached.
- Maximum Energy OWH: Turns off output automatically when the set energy is reached.
The OHP/OAH/OWH functions allow for timing and quantitative power supply management.
System Parameter Setting Interface
This interface allows adjustment of various system settings:
- Set theme foreground color
- External temperature correction
- Night mode set the screen time
- Buzzer on and off
- Internal temperature correction
- Brightness adjustment (BL0-BL5)
- Remote control enable setting
- Celsius °C and Fahrenheit °F switch
- Set theme background color

- WiFi Module Status: Displays WiFi module status (NULL, TOUCH, AP, ROUT, SERVER).
- WiFi Module Pairing Mode: Set pairing mode (NONE, AP, TOUCH).
Operation: Short press the code potentiometer button to select/switch parameters. Parameters are reversed for setting via the rotary encoder. Exit settings by long pressing the button or after 6 seconds of inactivity. Parameters are auto-saved.
Product Networking Steps
Step 1: Pairing Preparation
- Ensure your WiFi network is 2.4G (5G is not supported). If combined, separate the networks.
- Press '+' to add a device.
Step 2: Device Connection
- When powered on, the device enters touch pairing mode by default.
- Enter WiFi password and device information.
- Press the matching button until the indicator flashes four times and interrupts for one second to enter Touch matching mode.
- Customize device name and classification.
Step 3: Start Connection
- Click "Start the connection".
