Steps for Usage
- Connect speakers and power supply to the amplifier board, then power it up.
- Turn on the Bluetooth function on your mobile phone.
- Find the playback device named "XinYi" in the Bluetooth list and connect to it. (Note: Connect to "XinYi", not "Sinilink-APP". If "Sinilink-APP" is connected, disconnect it first.)
APP Instructions (Sinilink)
Download and Register
1. Download the "Sinilink" APP from Google Play or Apple App Store.
2. Use your email address to register a personal account. (It is recommended to use email over a mobile number to ensure verification code delivery.)
Adding a Bluetooth Device
1. Open the APP and click "+" to add a device.
2. Click to connect to a Bluetooth device. Ensure Bluetooth devices are enabled in your phone's settings.
3. Select "XinYi" from the available Bluetooth devices to connect.
Bluetooth Control Interface
The APP provides controls for audio switching (AUX, BT, USB, Audio Card), EQ settings (Normal, Rock, Pop, Classic, Jazz, Country), prompt tones, device name, and password settings.
Important Notes for APP Usage
- Ensure all necessary APP permissions (especially location services) are enabled in your mobile phone settings for proper functionality and to avoid compatibility issues.
- When using the APP, ensure location information is accessible on your mobile phone.
Audio Input Mode Switch
Power-On Behavior
When powered on without external audio devices, the default mode is Bluetooth. If an AUX or USB Flash disk is inserted, the default mode becomes AUX or USB Flash disk respectively.
Playback Priority
The device prioritizes the last plugged-in audio source. For example, inserting AUX during Bluetooth playback will immediately switch to AUX. Inserting a USB Flash disk during Bluetooth playback will switch to USB Flash disk playback.
Play Mode Memory
If the device is turned off in Bluetooth mode, it will return to Bluetooth mode on the next power-on. If turned off in AUX mode, it will default to AUX on the next power-on (or Bluetooth if AUX is not detected).
Switching Methods
Audio modes can be switched via hardware (plugging in devices) or through the APP.
USB Sound Card Function
Connect the board to a computer using a USB data cable. Most systems will automatically detect and switch to the USB sound card. Manual selection may be required if automatic switching fails.
How to Choose a Power Supply
The power supply range for this product is 12V-36V DC. It is compatible with standard 5.5-2.1/2.5 power adapter plugs.
Recommendation: Use a 24V/36V standard power adapter with a current output of more than 10A.
Key Considerations:
- The power supply's wattage must exceed the total power requirement of the connected speakers.
- Do not use a power supply voltage higher than 36V; exceeding 38V may damage the circuit board.
- For 4 Ω speakers, a 36V 10A power supply is recommended.
- For 8 Ω speakers, a 36V 8A power supply is recommended.
- When using a 24V or lower power supply, avoid turning the volume to maximum to prevent sound distortion.
Output Power Note:
The output power figures (e.g., 160W*2+220W) are Instantaneous Peak Power (PMPO). The Root Mean Square (RMS) value is approximately PMPO * 0.707. Actual output power can vary based on input signal, heat dissipation, and other factors, making these calculations a reference rather than exact figures.
How to Choose Speakers
Left and Right Channel Speakers
The left and right channels can output 160W*2 power. It is recommended to use 4-8 Ω full-range speakers rated between 20W and 200W.
Subwoofer
The subwoofer channel can output 220W of power. It is recommended to use 3-8 Ω woofers with a frequency response of 20Hz-200Hz. Speakers rated between 30W and 300W are suitable.
Impedance and Power Matching
If the speaker's continuous output power is lower than the amplifier's output, consider reducing the power supply voltage or the volume to prevent distortion. When connecting multiple speakers in parallel:
- For left and right channels, the total impedance must be greater than 4 Ω.
- For the subwoofer channel, the total impedance must be greater than 3 Ω.
- Low impedance (e.g., 2 Ω speakers) can cause the amplifier to enter overcurrent protection. If low impedance speakers are necessary, reduce the volume and output power significantly.
About the Bluetooth Signal
This product uses an integrated PCB antenna, offering a clear line-of-sight connection range of up to 49 feet (approximately 15 meters). Issues finding or connecting to Bluetooth may indicate a signal problem.
Tips for Optimal Signal:
- Keep the amplifier board away from Wi-Fi routers during use.
- Avoid placing the board on metal tables, as metal surfaces can interfere with the PCB antenna signal.
- If the amplifier board is housed in a metal enclosure, an external antenna may be required to ensure a stable Bluetooth signal.
PAY ATTENTION
USB Flash Disk Requirements:
If using a USB flash disk, its capacity should be 32GB or less, and it must be formatted as FAT32.
