Notes for Product Use
Heat Sink Installation
During assembly, ensure the heat sink is properly installed. Apply the silicone gel to the radiator and then attach it to the amplifier chip. Crucially, the radiator metal shell must not contact surrounding components to prevent short circuits (❌). The top plate should press the heat sink to enhance heat dissipation.
Audio Input Mode Switch
The product defaults to Bluetooth mode (?). If an external device is connected to AUX or U disk, it will automatically switch to that input (priority: AUX > U disk > Bluetooth). Audio mode can also be selected via the APP (?). For AUX connections, shielded cables are recommended to reduce noise. For U disk playback, MP3 format is preferred; WAV format sampling rates should be within 44100Hz. When using the USB sound card function, connect via USB data cable; most systems will auto-detect it.
Power Supply Selection
The power supply range is 5-26VDC, with a recommended 12V/24V adapter capable of at least 10A output. The power supply's output current must exceed the total horn power. For 4Ω horns, a supply voltage below 21V is recommended; for 8Ω horns, 24V is recommended. Exceeding 26V can damage the board. If the amplifier restarts when volume increases, it indicates insufficient power supply; use a supply with higher current output.
Horn Selection
- Left and Right Channels: Can push 10W-100W speakers (4-8Ω impedance). Full-frequency horns (?) are recommended.
- Subwoofer Channel: Can push 20W-200W speakers (2-8Ω impedance), with a frequency response of 20Hz-200Hz being optimal.
If using multiple horns in parallel, ensure the total impedance remains above 4Ω to prevent the amplifier from entering overcurrent protection.
Signal Problem
The product uses a PCB antenna with a visible range of approximately 15 meters without shielding. If Bluetooth is not found or connection is unstable, it may be a signal issue (⚠️). Avoid using the device near routers or on metal surfaces, as these can interfere with the antenna signal. If the speaker enclosure is metal, ensure the antenna is positioned outside it.
Connecting to Your Device
Connecting to Mobile Phone via Bluetooth
When the Bluetooth board is powered on, the blue LED flashes quickly, indicating Bluetooth connection mode (?). On your mobile phone, search for the device named "XinYi". Click "XinYi" to complete the connection. The blue LED will turn solid when connected. To play music, open your phone's music app; the blue LED will then flash slowly during playback.
Important: Do not connect to "Sinilink-APP" directly through your phone's Bluetooth settings. This connection is managed by the dedicated Sinilink APP (?). If you accidentally connect this way, unpair the device and search again to ensure proper APP connectivity.
Downloading the Sinilink Mobile APP
Scan the provided QR code to download the Sinilink APP. Foreign customers can also find the app by searching for "sinilink" in the Google Market.
Connecting via Mobile APP
To connect using the Sinilink APP:
- Ensure all necessary APP permissions are enabled in your phone's settings.
- Open the Sinilink APP.
- Click the indicated icon (often a yellow dot or similar) to initiate the connection process.
- Select "Connect Bluetooth device".
- Search for available Bluetooth devices and connect to "Sinilink-APP".
- Once connected, the APP will confirm the successful connection.
Note: When using the APP, ensure location services are enabled on your phone, as this is often required for Bluetooth scanning and connection.
