  3. Features a 0.8-inch digital tube display for time and date, 6 groups of alarm clocks, and 8 levels of brightness adjustment.
  4. Equipped with a global time zone, ensuring consistency with the user's local time regardless of geographic location. Automatic network time synchronization occurs every hour. If the network is disconnected, it synchronizes with the time of the country or region, with an error generally within 1 second (due to network delay).
  5. Includes a high-precision clock chip and a memory battery to maintain time accuracy even without a network or power supply.
  6. Features an automatic screen restoring function; if enabled, the screen rests within 10 seconds of no key operation.
  7. Set parameters are automatically saved when power is off.

Note: The product comes with a high-precision clock chip. If network connectivity is not achieved, it will not affect the normal use of the product's timing functions.

Key Operation

  1. Adjust brightness: In the operation interface, press the UP/DOWN button to adjust brightness.

10. Notes for Product Use

10.1 Heat Sink Installation

When assembling, pay attention to the installation of the radiator. The metal shell of the radiator must not be in contact with surrounding components to avoid short circuits.

10.2 Audio Input Mode Switch

The device defaults to AUX or U disk playback mode if these are plugged in. It follows a backplug device priority principle. For example, inserting AUX during Bluetooth playback will switch to AUX playback immediately. If a U disk is inserted, it switches to U disk playback immediately. Audio mode switching is also available via the APP. It is recommended to use shielded AUX cables to reduce noise. For U disk playback, use MP3 format; WAV format sampling rate must be within 44100Hz to avoid playback issues. When using the USB sound card function, connect via USB data cable without installing drivers; most systems will switch automatically. If not, manual selection is possible.

10.3 Power Supply Selection

The power supply range is 5-26VDC, compatible with standard 5.5-2.1/2.5 power adapter plugs. A 12V/24V standard power adapter with a current output above 2A is recommended. The power supply size should match the horn power. For 8 ohm, 50W horns, use a 24V power supply with at least 4A current; insufficient current may cause sound lag. For 4 ohm horns, the power supply should be controlled within 20V; high voltage may cause overheating. Power supplies below 9V result in extremely small output power; voltages above 9V are recommended. The supply voltage must not exceed 26V, as higher voltages can damage the circuit board. If the amplifier restarts when volume increases, it may be due to insufficient power supply; consider a power supply with a larger output current.

10.4 Horn Selection

This amplifier can continuously output 50W*2 power and supports 10W-100W horns. Using 8 ohm or 4 ohm horns is recommended. If the horn power is within 50W, use a 12V power supply or reduce playback volume. For horns greater than 50W, a higher supply voltage (up to 26V) is better. If the music horn exhibits 'hiccups', first check for power supply insufficiency and consider a higher-rated power supply. Second, check for thermal protection and improve heat dissipation or reduce playback volume. If multiple horns are used in parallel, ensure the total impedance remains above 4 ohms to prevent the amplifier from entering overcurrent protection.

10.5 Signal Problem

This product uses a PCB antenna with a visible distance of 15m without shielding. If Bluetooth is not found or connection fails, it may be a signal issue:

  • Stay away from routers when in use.
  • Avoid use on metal surfaces, which can affect the PCB antenna signal.
  • If the speaker has a metal shell, ensure the antenna is led away from the shell, as metal can shield the signal.

11. How to Connect Your Mobile Phone to Bluetooth

Ensure Bluetooth on your mobile phone is enabled and the device is in connection mode (blue LED flashes quickly). If AUX is inserted, it may prevent Bluetooth connection. Search for Bluetooth devices on your phone and select 'XinYi'. Upon successful connection, the blue LED will turn solid. Play music from your phone; the blue LED will then flash slowly, indicating playback state. If 'Sinilink-APP' appears in the search results, do not connect to it for Bluetooth audio playback; connect only to 'XinYi'. If already connected to 'Sinilink-APP', unpair and search again.

12. How to Download a Mobile APP

Scan the QR code provided to download the 'Sinilink' APP. For international users, search for 'sinilink' in the Google Play Store.

13. Mobile Phone APP Control

The Sinilink APP offers advanced control features for the amplifier module, supporting both Android and iOS devices. The APP provides a visual interface for managing playback modes, volume, sound effects, and song selection. It allows for control over Bluetooth connection, audio source switching (USB, SD card, Bluetooth, sound card, AUX), and various EQ presets.

14. The APP Controls the Bluetooth Connection

The 'Control device' interface within the APP allows users to manage various settings:

  • Time Format: Switch between 12-hour and 24-hour formats.
  • Sleep on/off: Activate sleep mode, which turns off the digital tube display after 1 minute of inactivity.
  • Alarm OFF: Turn off the alarm after it sounds.
  • Backlight brightness adjustment: Adjust backlight level from 1 to 8.
  • Sync with phone time zone: Automatically syncs the device's time zone with the phone's.
  • 6 groups of alarms can be set.

To connect via Bluetooth using the APP:

  1. Click 'Bluetooth' to enter the Bluetooth connection interface.
  2. The APP will search for available devices. Select the desired device (e.g., 'XinYi').
  3. Upon successful connection, the interface shows playback controls, audio switch options (USB, BT, Sound card, AUX), and EQ settings.

Note: Ensure location information is enabled on your phone when using the APP for automatic Wi-Fi name detection.

15. How to Distribute the Distribution Network

To connect the device to a network, follow these steps:

Enter the operation interface and press the SET button for more than 5 seconds to enter Touch pairing state. Press the SET button again for 5 seconds to enter AP pairing state.

  • Touch mode: Blue light interval 1 second, flash 4 times.
  • AP mode: Blue lamp continues to flash quickly.

The device enters Touch pairing mode by default. If pairing fails, select AP mode. Connect to a Wi-Fi network named 'Sinilink Product' with the password '12345678' and follow the APP prompts.

15. Product Networking Must See the Matters Needing Attention

Product connection network matters needing attention:

  1. Ensure your phone is connected to a personal Wi-Fi network using the 2.4GHz frequency band. 5GHz bands are not compatible. If your router combines 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, reconfigure it to separate them and choose the 2.4GHz band for pairing.
  2. Make sure the 'Sinilink' APP has location permission enabled. This allows the APP to automatically detect the Wi-Fi name. If location permission is off, the APP can only determine approximate location.
  3. Ensure the product enters the pairing state (blue light flashes 4 times per second for Touch Pair mode). If Touch Matching fails, select AP mode and follow the APP prompts.
  4. When adding the device in the APP, confirm that the APP has successfully obtained the Wi-Fi name and that the entered Wi-Fi password is correct. If the Wi-Fi name is not obtained, recheck location permission or manually input the Wi-Fi name.
  5. Keep your phone and device as close to your router as possible during the process.
