Instructions for Use
Entering Parameter Setting Screen
Press and hold the [Switch] (SW) button for 3 seconds to enter the parameter setting screen.
Parameter Setting Interface Overview
The parameter setting screen allows adjustment of various protection thresholds and functions. Parameters include:
- Input undervoltage protection (LVP): Default 4.8V
- Output overvoltage protection (OVP): Default 52.00V
- Output overcurrent protection (OCP): Default 8.200A
- Output overpower protection (OPP): Default 410.0W
- Maximum Capacity (OAH) / Over capacity protection: Default 0.515Ah
- Maximum Energy (OPH) / Super energy protection: Displayed as "----" (disabled)
- Timeout protection (OHP): Default 02:40 (hours:minutes)
- Power-on state (PON): Default "On" (enabled)
- Parameter type selection (FET): Select between Constant Voltage (CV) or Constant Current (CC) mode. Default voltage is CV, default current is CC. "OFF" indicates no action.
Setting Parameters:
- Enter Setting Screen: On the running screen, hold down the [Switch] (SW) button for 2 seconds.
- Select Parameter: Press the [Switch] (SW) button to cycle through parameters.
- Adjust Value: Use the rotary encoder to adjust the selected parameter's value. Press the encoder button to switch between digits for fine-tuning.
- Enable/Disable Functions (OAH/OPH/OHP): On the respective screens, press the [Power On/Off] (ⓘ) button to enable or disable the function. If disabled, "----" will be displayed.
- Set Capacity/Energy Range: On the OAH/OPH screens, hold down the [Power On/Off] (ⓘ) button to select ranges (e.g., 9.999Ah/99.999AH/9999Ah, 9.999Wh/99.999WH/9999Wh).
- Exit Setting Screen: After completing settings, hold down the [Switch] (SW) button for 2 seconds to exit. Settings are automatically saved.
1. Set Voltage and Current:
In the operation interface:
- Press the [Voltage/Amperage] (V/A) button to enter the voltage/current setting interface. The LCD will display "SET" and "CV" will flash.
- Press the [Switch] (SW) button or rotate the encoder to select the voltage digit to blink, then adjust the voltage using the rotary encoder.
- Press the [Voltage/Amperage] (V/A) button again. The LCD will display "SET" and "CC" will flash.
- Press the [Switch] (SW) button or rotate the encoder to select the current digit to blink, then adjust the current using the rotary encoder.
- Press the [Voltage/Amperage] (V/A) button again to exit and save settings.
- Alternatively, long press the [Voltage/Amperage] (V/A) button for 2 seconds or wait 6 seconds without operation to automatically exit and save.
2. Quick Setting of Voltage or Current:
In the parameter setting interface, set the parameter FET to CV or CC. Then, in the operation interface, use the rotary encoder to quickly set the voltage or current.
- FET set to CV: Default voltage is CV.
- FET set to CC: Default current is CC.
- FET set to OFF: No action.
3. Setting Parameters:
Detailed steps for setting parameters are covered in the "Parameter Setting Interface Overview" and "Setting Parameters" sections above.
4. Input and Output Voltage Display:
On the running interface, press the [Switch] (SW) button to toggle between displaying the input voltage (labeled "IN") and the output voltage.
Example: Input voltage displayed as IN 12.00V, Output voltage 24.00V, Current 1.431A, Power 34.34W.
5. View Power (W) / Capacity (Ah) / Energy (Wh) / Time (h):
In the operation interface, press the rotary encoder button to cycle through and display:
- Power (W)
- Capacity (Ah)
- Energy (Wh)
- Time (h)
Example display: 34.34W power, 0.156Ah capacity, 4.264Wh energy, 04:07 time.
6. Locking Function:
To prevent accidental misoperation:
- In the operation interface, long press the rotary encoder button for 2 seconds to lock the voltage and current settings. A display lock symbol [?] will appear.
- Long press the rotary encoder button for 2 seconds again to unlock.
7. Details of Other Functions:
7.1 Capacity/Energy/Running Time Statistics:
- Statistics start automatically when the power is turned ON.
- When the power is turned OFF, the previous recorded values are displayed.
- When the power is turned ON again, the record restarts automatically.
- On the corresponding statistics screen, press and hold the [Power On/Off] (ⓘ) button for 2 seconds to clear the data.
7.2 Setting Maximum Capacity, Maximum Energy, and Maximum Running Time:
- Maximum Capacity (OAH) / Maximum Energy (OPH): When these functions are active, if the measured capacity/energy exceeds the set maximum, the power supply will automatically shut down output and flash "OAH" or "OPH". Statistics clear automatically after the alarm is resolved.
- Maximum Discharge Time (OHP): When this function is active, if the running time exceeds the set maximum, the power output will automatically turn off and "OHP" will blink. Time statistics clear automatically after the OHP alarm is lifted.
These functions enable quantitative and timed power supply operations.
Note:
- When OAP/OPH and OHP functions are NOT enabled, the power supply automatically records capacity/energy and running time.
- When OAH/OPH and OHP functions ARE enabled, the power supply automatically shuts down output after reaching the set value.
- With OHP enabled, the running time operates in countdown mode.
