Important Safety Instructions

• Do not use if you are insensitive to heat, have skin alterations, or are under the influence of medication or alcohol that affects heat response.
• Not for very young children (0-3 years) as they cannot react to overheating.
• Children aged 3-8 years may use under supervision, with the control set to the lowest temperature.
• Children aged 8+ and individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities may use under supervision and with proper instruction, understanding the risks.
• Children must not play with the electric blanket.
• Cleaning and maintenance by children must be supervised.
• Not intended for hospital use.
• For domestic/private use only, not commercial use.

• Do not open or repair the unit yourself; this voids the warranty and may compromise safety.
• Do not use with external timers or separate remote controls.
• If the mains cable is damaged, the unit must be disposed of.
• When switched on: do not place sharp objects or heat sources (e.g., hot water bottles) on the blanket.
• The control unit warms up during use; do not cover it or place it on the blanket.

Operation

Switching On: Slide the control to ON/OFF and temperature settings 1, 2, or 3. The selected setting will illuminate.

Setting Temperature:

• 0: OFF
• 1: Minimum heat
• 2: Medium heat
• 3: Maximum heat

ℹ️ NOTE: For quickest heating, select the highest setting first. For comfort, pre-heat the blanket 30 minutes before bedtime, covered by a quilt.

⚠️ CAUTION: For prolonged use (several hours), use the lowest setting (1) to prevent overheating and potential burns.

Switching Off: Slide the control to OFF (0). The illuminated settings will turn off.

ℹ️ NOTE: If not used for several days, set to OFF, unplug the mains, and disconnect the control from the blanket.

Cleaning & Maintenance

⚠️ WARNING: Always unplug the unit from the mains before cleaning. Disconnect the control unit.

❗ CAUTION: The control unit must never come into contact with water or liquids. Clean the control with a dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.

Small marks can be removed with a damp cloth or sponge, possibly with a little mild detergent.

❗ CAUTION: Do not dry clean, wring out, tumble dry, mangle, or iron the blanket, as this can cause damage.

For heavier soiling, the blanket can be machine washed at 30°C on a gentle wool program. Use mild detergent according to manufacturer instructions. Wash with other items for environmental reasons.

❗ CAUTION: Excessive washing wears out the blanket. Machine wash a maximum of 5 times in total.

After washing, reshape the damp blanket to its original size and dry it flat on a drying rack.

❗ CAUTION: Do not use pegs. Ensure the connector and blanket are completely dry before reconnecting the control.

⚠️ WARNING: Never switch on the blanket to dry it.

Storage & Disposal

Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store in the original packaging. Disconnect the control unit.

❗ CAUTION: Allow the blanket to cool down completely before storing. Do not place objects on the blanket to avoid sharp folds.

Disposal: Dispose of the electric blanket according to WEEE regulations at local collection points.

Troubleshooting

Warranty & Service

Inventum offers a 2-year full manufacturer's warranty on all products. This includes an exchange service for faulty products or parts.

To claim warranty, return the product to the point of purchase or contact Inventum customer service via www.inventum.eu/service-aanvraag. Proof of purchase is required.

The warranty applies to normal domestic use within the Netherlands. It excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, improper repairs, commercial use, and damage from transport not reported promptly.

Replacement or repair does not extend the original warranty period. Dutch law governs these terms.
