Always unplug the appliance from the socket when not in use or when cleaning. Allow the appliance to cool down completely before cleaning.

The following materials are not suitable for use in the oven: cardboard, paper, plastic, or similar materials.

Installation

Before using the appliance for the first time, proceed as follows: Carefully unpack the oven and remove all packaging material and any promotional stickers. Keep the packaging (plastic bags and cardboard) out of reach of children. After unpacking, carefully check the appliance for any visible damage that may have occurred during transport.

Place the appliance on a stable, flat surface and ensure there is sufficient space around it for adequate ventilation.

A minimum clearance of 10 cm is required between the oven and adjacent walls. Do not remove the oven feet. Do not cover the ventilation openings.

Clean the oven and accessories with a slightly damp cloth. Slide the crumb tray into the bottom of the oven, underneath the heating elements. The oven is now ready for use. Note: The new appliance may emit a 'new' smell during the first use; this is perfectly normal, harmless, and will disappear on its own.

Check that the voltage matches the information on the rating plate and plug it into the socket. Ensure the timer knob is set to [0].

For the first use, we recommend turning the oven on for 15 minutes at the maximum temperature with the top and bottom heat setting to eliminate any production odors.

The heating elements will gradually turn red as the oven temperature rises. The thermostat light indicates that the oven is on. Once the oven reaches the set temperature, the thermostat light will turn off.

Using the Oven

Food, such as bread, pizza, and meat, baked or grilled for too long can burn. To prevent burning, check the food inside the oven regularly and do not leave it in the switched-on oven for too long. Never heat food in pots or cans directly in the oven. The heat can cause the food to explode and cause injury. Always use oven-resistant dishes and plates.

Oven Functions:

Oven FunctionDescription
Top heating elements with fanThe heat from the top elements and the fan circulates, heating the dish all around and creating a crispy crust.
Top and bottom heating elementsThe heat comes evenly from the top and bottom. Always place the dish in the center of the oven. Suitable for pizzas, meat, pies, or cakes.
Roasting spit with top elementsOnly the top heating elements are active. For grilling meat, fish, bread, or gratins.
Roasting spit with top- and bottom heating elements and fanThe heat from the elements and the fan circulates, heating the dish all around with hot air. This allows larger items to be grilled.
Oven lightingThe oven light can be switched on independently of the oven. Selecting this function illuminates the inside of the oven.
Conventional with fanThe heat from the elements circulates, heating the dish all around.

Turning the Oven On and Off:

Turn the oven setting knob to the desired setting and adjust the temperature knob to the right temperature.

Turn the timer knob to the desired time (minimum 5 minutes and up to 120 minutes), and the oven will turn on. The thermostat light indicates the oven is on. Once the oven reaches the set temperature, the thermostat light turns off.

Open the oven door. Place the food to be prepared on the baking tray or grill rack and place it on the oven sliders. Attention: the maximum load capacity of the tray or grill rack is 2.5 kg.

Close the door.

A bell signal will sound when the set time is over, and the oven will turn off.

Always place the baking tray on the lowest sliders in the oven when using the grill. The baking tray catches any food drippings. To make cleaning easier, you can use aluminum foil on the baking tray.

If the food is ready before the set time has elapsed, you can manually turn off the oven by turning the timer knob back to [0].

Attention: Always wear oven mitts to remove food from the hot oven.

Open the oven door using the handle.

Remove the baking tray using the supplied removal handle.

Close the oven door and check that the timer knob is set to [0].

Timer Knob:

Turn the timer knob clockwise to the desired time. For cooking large pieces of meat for a long time, you can also use the CONSTANT setting. The oven will remain on continuously without a timer. To turn off the oven, set the timer knob to [0].

Rotisserie Function:

With the oven functions 'roasting spit with top heat' and 'roasting spit with top- and bottom heat and fan', you can easily roast meat and poultry.

Turn the oven setting knob to the desired function and set the temperature using the temperature knob.

Open the oven door.

Place the baking tray at the bottom of the oven. The baking tray acts as a drip pan for cooking juices, etc., and prevents grease from soiling the lower heating elements. For easier cleaning of the baking tray, you can place aluminum foil on it.

Remove the clamp from the end of the roasting spit. Skewer the meat or poultry onto the rounded end of the roasting spit. Ensure the meat is centered on the spit and pierce the clamps firmly into the meat. You can slide the clamps along the spit by loosening and tightening the screws.

Insert the rounded end of the roasting spit into the drive sleeve and place the straight end of the spit onto the support on the left. Ensure that the meat or poultry does not touch the top heating elements during rotation.

Turn the timer knob to the desired time, and the oven will start. The thermostat light indicates the oven is on.

A bell signal will sound when the set time has elapsed, and the oven will turn off.

Attention: Use oven mitts to remove hot food from the oven.

Open the oven door using the handle.

Remove the roasting spit from the oven using the supplied handles and place it on a plate.

Carefully remove the clamp from the rounded end. Attention: the roasting spit and clamps are hot. Slide the meat or poultry off the roasting spit.

Remove the baking tray with the cooking juices using the supplied handle. Attention: the baking tray and juices are hot.

Close the oven door and check that the timer knob is set to [0].

Cleaning & Maintenance

BEFORE CLEANING THE OVEN, SWITCH IT OFF, UNPLUG IT FROM THE POWER OUTLET, AND LET IT COOL DOWN COMPLETELY.

Interior:

Clean the inside of the oven after each use to prevent the accumulation of grease and food residues. Preferably clean the oven while it is still lukewarm. Caked food residues will be soft and can be easily removed with a soft cloth and warm water with a little dish soap. Dry the interior thoroughly with a cloth after cleaning.

Never use abrasive cleaners or metal scrapers, as they will damage the oven.

The crumb tray is located at the bottom of the oven. Carefully remove it from the oven. Be careful not to damage the heating elements. Remove all crumbs and wipe the tray clean with a damp cloth. Dry the crumb tray and replace it in the oven.

Accessories:

Clean removable accessories such as the grill rack, baking tray, roasting spit, and handles with warm soapy water or in the dishwasher. Dry everything thoroughly before using them again.

Exterior:

Clean the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth or sponge. If necessary, use a mild detergent. Clean the door thoroughly as well.
