RayZR Without Worries 2025 Marketing Campaign Rules
I. Organizer of the Campaign
The organizer of the marketing campaign "RayZR Without Worries 2025" (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") is YAMAHA MOTOR EUROPE N.V., with its registered office in Schiphol-Rijk, Netherlands, Koolhovenlaan 101, 1119NC Schiphol-Rijk, operating in the Slovak Republic through YAMAHA MOTOR EUROPE N.V., organizational unit SK, Mostová 2, 811 02 Bratislava, Company ID: 36662623, VAT ID: SK2022231574, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava III, Section: Po, Insert No.: 1403/B, and:

collectively referred to as the "Organizers" or individually as the "Organizer".
II. Place and Duration of the Campaign
- The Campaign runs from 20.8.2025 to 30.9.2025 or until stocks of the goods specified in Art. III of these rules are exhausted at the individual Organizers, whichever condition occurs first.
- The Campaign is only available at authorized Yamaha dealers in the Slovak Republic, whose list is provided in Appendix No. 1 of these rules.
- The Campaign, according to these rules, takes place only within the territory of the Slovak Republic.
- Campaign rules are available on the website www.yamaha-motor.eu/sk/sk.
- The Campaign is intended for natural persons – consumers, who participate in the Campaign outside the scope of their business activity or profession (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant").
III. Conditions of Participation, Subject Matter, and Course of the Campaign
- A Participant in the Campaign is a person who, during the duration and at the place of the Campaign, purchases the goods defined in Art. III, para. 2 of these rules, or at least one of the goods, if the Campaign applies to multiple types of goods.
- When purchasing a RayZR, model year 2025 or older, you will receive the first 2 warranty services, including labor and necessary materials, free of charge as part of the Campaign.
- Free service can only be claimed at the dealer where you purchase the scooter.
- The Campaign cannot be combined with other special offers.
- Participants in the Campaign are not entitled to a cash equivalent of the discount or an exchange of the discount for other goods or services.
IV. Final Provisions
- Every Participant has the right to submit a complaint regarding the Campaign. The complaint must be sent in writing by post to the Organizer: YAMAHA MOTOR EUROPE N.V., organizational unit SK, Mostová 2, 811 02 Bratislava, with the subject: "RayZR Without Worries 2025". The complaint must include the Participant's exact personal details (name, surname, postal address), the reason for the complaint, what the Participant is seeking, and a description of other circumstances justifying the complaint. The complaint will be assessed within 14 days of its delivery. Complaints sent to the wrong address or complaints that do not contain the required details will not be processed.
- The Organizer has the right to extend this Campaign and expand the scope of its application by amending the Campaign rules, provided that such an amendment does not adversely affect the rights acquired by the Participants. Changes to the Campaign rules will be made by a notice available on the website www.yamaha-motor.sk seven days before the changes take effect.
- Rights arising from warranty for defects of goods covered by this Campaign (complaints) are asserted at the Organizer from whom the Participant purchased the goods. This does not affect the right to submit a complaint regarding the Campaign as per paragraph 1 above.
- Supervision over compliance with obligations under Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection and on Amendments to Certain Acts is carried out by the Slovak Trade Inspection ( http://www.soi.sk/ ). If a dispute arises between the Participant and the Organizer regarding the assertion of warranty rights (complaints), or if the Participant believes that the Organizer has violated other rights of the Participant as a consumer, the Participant has the right to request redress from the Organizer. If the Organizer rejects the Participant's request or fails to respond within 30 days of its dispatch, the Participant has the right to initiate an alternative dispute resolution procedure with the Slovak Trade Inspection (https://www.soi.sk/sk/alternativne-riesenie-spotrebitelskych-sporov.soi) or another alternative dispute resolution entity (the list is published on the website of the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic here). The Participant is also entitled to use the online dispute resolution platform (ODR), established by the European Commission (http://ec.europa.eu/odr).
- The Organizers process Participants' personal data as joint controllers in accordance with legal regulations, particularly Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts. The processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of conducting the Campaign and only to the extent necessary to achieve the Campaign's results and for marketing purposes. Participants in the Campaign are informed by the Organizer about the principles of personal data processing according to the template in Appendix 2 of these rules in connection with its execution. The Organizer who obtained the personal data from the Participant is responsible for the processing of personal data, including handling requests and complaints from Participants as data subjects. The relevant Organizer shall also inform the other Organizers about complaints and requests from Participants concerning the processing of personal data, if necessary for handling the request or complaint.

- Your personal data, including name, surname, address, email address, and phone number, were obtained by the respective Controller directly from you by participating in the "RayZR Without Worries 2025" campaign. The Controller who obtained your personal data is responsible for processing your personal data. For the purpose of realizing the Campaign, they may provide it to other Controllers (Organizers). Please direct any complaints or requests regarding personal data to the Controller who obtained your personal data.
- Your personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of realizing the Campaign in connection with the right and obligation to process data necessary for the realization of the Campaign and for marketing purposes based on legitimate interest. With your separate, written, and explicit consent, your data may be processed for marketing purposes by other controllers.
- Recipients of your personal data will be employees and collaborators of the Controller and other entities to whom personal data will be provided for the purposes of realizing the Campaign.
- Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organization outside the EU.
- You have the right to a copy of your personal data processed by the Controller.
- Your personal data will be stored for the entire duration of the Campaign, at the latest until the expiry of their retention period resulting from the provisions of applicable legal regulations, particularly within the scope of limitation and archival periods.
- You have the right to access your personal data, the right to request correction, erasure, or restriction of processing of this data, and the right to data portability.
- For reasons relating to your individual situation, you have the right to object to the processing of data based on legitimate interest. If data are used for direct marketing purposes based on legitimate interest, you have the right to object without providing a reason.
- You have the right to withdraw your consent, if it was required and granted, at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was carried out based on consent before its withdrawal.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority for personal data protection if you believe that the processing of your personal data is contrary to legal regulations. This supervisory authority in the Slovak Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 4826/12, 820 07 Bratislava, https://dataprotection.gov.sk/sk/.
- Providing your personal data is voluntary, but without providing it, it is not possible to participate in the Campaign.
- Your data will not be processed by automated means, including profiling.
