Support and Troubleshooting
GL-iNet provides a one-year limited warranty for routers. Additional warranty terms may apply based on local laws.
It is highly recommended to use the included 5V/2A power adapter. Damage caused by using non-specified power adapters or inappropriate use (e.g., extreme temperatures, water damage, dropping) will void the warranty.
Resetting the Router
If you cannot access the web-based setup page or connect to the router, you can reset it:
- Press and hold the Reset button for 3 seconds, then release to repair your network. The light will turn blue and flash slowly until the network recovers. [⚙️ Repair]
- Press and hold the Reset button for 10 seconds, then release to reset the router to factory settings. The light will turn blue and flash rapidly. All data will be cleared once the light becomes solid blue. [⚙️ Factory Reset]
