1. Product Connections
This section details the various ports and connections for the VC-TR41 camera.
Ports: Service, USB3.0 Port, HDMI Output, Network Interface (ETHERNET), RS-232/RS-422 IN/OUT, AUDIO IN, 3G-SDI Output, DC IN 12V.
Typical Connected Devices: Computer, Display, Router/Hub, Microphone, Display, Computer/Control Keyboard KB21, Power Cord.
2. Installation Precautions
2.1 Powering
Power the camera using the included DC 12V power cable or via a PoE-enabled router or hub through the network cable. The camera supports PoE (IEEE802.3af).
2.2 Tracking Distance
The camera supports tracking distances from 2 to 14 meters, with a recommended distance of 8 meters for optimal performance.
Note: To ensure the best tracking results, avoid having posters, screens, displays, or TVs with human figures in the background.
3. Viewing Video
HDMI/3G-SDI Video Output
Connect HDMI or SDI cables to a display device to output the camera's video feed.
USB Video Output
Connect the camera via a USB cable to a computer. This allows the camera to be used with video conferencing software such as Skype, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
Network Video Output
Connect the camera via a Cat5e network cable to a router. You can then view camera images and control the camera through a web browser.
1. Check Machine IP Address
DHCP is enabled by default. To find the camera's IP address, use the remote control and navigate to [Menu] => [Ethernet] => [IP Address].
If you are directly connecting the camera to a computer, the camera's default IP address is 192.168.100.100. Ensure your computer is configured with an IP address in the same subnet (e.g., 192.168.100.101).

2. Access via Browser
Open a web browser and enter the camera's IP address (e.g., 192.168.4.68) into the address bar.
3. Login
Enter the provided account and password to access the web page, view live video, and control the camera.

4. Tracking Operation
Activate the tracking function using the remote control to benefit from automatic subject tracking.
When camera tracking is active, the Power/Standby LED will flash green.
Note: Auto Tracking and Smart Framing functions cannot be used simultaneously. You must choose one.
Remote Control Buttons
The remote control features buttons for On/Off, Auto Tracking, Full Shot Mode, and Upper Switch.

5. Advanced Functions
Smart Framing
1. Technology: Utilizes Auto-Framing technology. The camera automatically detects human bodies based on the number of participants in the meeting scene. It adjusts their position to the center of the frame, presenting optimal images and enhancing meeting efficiency.
2. Activation: Press the remote control's [Auto Framing] button to turn Smart Framing on or off.
Note: Auto Tracking and Smart Framing functions can only be used one at a time.
