1. Product connection
A diagram illustrates the various connection ports and devices for the VC-TR41 camera. The available ports include: Service, USB 3.0, Ethernet, HDMI OUT, AUDIO IN, 3G-SDI, RS-232/RS-422 IN, and DC 12V INput. Devices that can be connected are: Computer, Display, Network Switch, Microphone, Controller/Control System, and Power Supply.
2. Precautions for Installation
2.1 Power Supply: Use the provided DC 12V power cord or a PoE (Power over Ethernet) router or hub to supply power via a network cable. The camera supports PoE (IEEE802.3af).
2.2 Tracking Distance: The supported tracking distance is 2-14 meters, with an optimal tracking distance of 8 meters.
Note: For best tracking results, avoid placing images of people on posters or screens behind the subject.
3. Camera Live View
HDMI / 3G-SDI Output
Connect an HDMI or SDI cable to output the camera's video signal.
USB Output
Connect to a computer using a USB cable to view the live image. The camera can be used as a webcam with video conferencing applications such as Skype, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
Network Output
Connect the camera to a network router using a Cat5e cable to view live video and control the camera via a web browser.
1. Check Camera IP Address
DHCP is enabled by default. To view the camera's IP address, use the remote control and OSD menu by navigating to [Menu] => [Ethernet] => [IP Address].
If connecting the camera directly to your computer, the default IP address is 192.168.100.100.
The following network settings may be displayed:

2. Access Camera via Web Browser
Open a web browser and enter the IP address (e.g., 192.168.4.68) in the address bar.
3. Login
Enter the account and password to view the camera's IP image and control the camera.
- Account: admin
- Password: 9999
4. Start Tracking
Press the remote control to start the auto-tracking function. The Power / Standby LED will flash green when the tracking function is activated.
You can choose between Auto Tracking or Auto Framing functions.

5. Advanced Function
Auto Framing
With Auto-Framing technology, the camera automatically detects the position of the human body and adjusts the person to the center of the screen based on the number of people in the meeting environment. This aims to present the best image and enhance meeting efficiency.
Press the [Auto Framing] button on the remote control to enable or disable this smart viewfinder function.
You can choose either the Auto Tracking or Auto Framing function.
