Diagram illustrates a wall cross-section with conductor bundles in a penetration. Red components, identified as Firestop Blocks (FBB), are shown being placed.
Section 8: Cutting and Assembly
Diagram shows various tools (saw, cutter, measuring tool) and components (red and grey blocks). Arrows indicate steps for cutting and assembling the fire barrier components. Product codes 508151 and 508154 are associated with this step.
Section 9: Component Application (FBB, FBS)
Diagram shows a wall cross-section with conductor bundles. Components, likely Firestop Blocks (FBB) and Foam Barrier (FBS), are being applied around the conductors. Product codes 508155, 508150, and 508153 are displayed.
Section 10: Material Application and Time Requirement
Diagram illustrates the application of fire barrier material in a wall penetration. A timer icon indicates a 2-minute application time ⏱️. Warning icons ⚠️ and a prohibition symbol ? are shown, along with a cutting tool, suggesting caution or specific handling procedures.
Section 11: Component Placement and Dimensions (FIB)
Diagram shows a wall cross-section with conductor bundles. Dimensions are specified: IF < 200mm and ≥ 150mm. Two circular components, identified as Insulating Bandage (FIB) [Product Code: 508152], are depicted.
Section 12: Final Component Placement and Dimension
Diagram illustrates a wall cross-section with conductor bundles. A final dimension of ≥ 45mm is indicated. Product code 508152 is shown, likely referring to the Insulating Bandage (FIB).
