Installation Diagrams and Components
Diagram A shows the basic components and their initial placement. Two types of mounting are illustrated: 'CLIC' and 'UNCLIC'. The system uses components labeled 1, 2, 3, and 4. Specific IFBS models like IFBS20, IFBS24, IFBS32, IFBS40, IFBS50, and IFBS63 are shown with recommended torque values (Tq = 1,5 N.m) and approximate dimensions (approx. 2 mm).
Diagram A' shows the 'UNCLIC' method of attachment, contrasting with the 'CLIC' method in Diagram A. Both methods involve securing components to a mounting surface, with minimum spacing requirements of 50mm.
Diagram B illustrates the use of MDRCPT-2 (559142) and specific PCR cables (PCR30X15-3M (557780), PCR35X35-2M (557520), PCR35X35-3M (557790)) for connections, indicating compatibility with slotted mounting rails.
Diagram C describes 'Other mounting' options, specifying that DIN 7504 M - 3,9X13 screws are not included but are required for this mounting type.
Diagram D shows a configuration with multiple IFBS units stacked, indicating a torque value of Tq = 1,5 N.m for securing these units.
Diagram E presents an optional configuration (IFBSXXSCXX) using M8 bolts with a torque of Tq = 10 N.m. It shows arrangements for different quantities (x1, x2, x3...) of IFBS units and provides a table with IFBS models and corresponding 'A' dimensions (20/24/32, 40/50/63) and values (50, 100).
Assembly Configurations
The image displays three different cable routing configurations (TABLE 1, TABLE 2, TABLE 3) using the IFBS bracing system. Each table shows how multiple IFBS units are arranged along a support structure (L = 400mm) to manage cables labeled L1, L2, L3, and N.
The image shows a completed installation of the nVent ERIFLEX IFBS Bracing System with two support kits mounted on a rail, holding multiple IFBS units. The length of the rail is indicated as 'L in mm'.
