Assembly Instructions
Installing Front Wheels:
Press the button on the front wheel axle and insert the wheels as shown in Figure 4.
Installing Rear Wheels:
Press the button on the leg frame and insert the wheels as shown in Figure 3.
Using the Cart
Extending the Cart:
Lift the upper bag bracket (Figure 1). Simply pull the handle and upper bag bracket as shown in Figure 2 to extend the cart. If necessary, shake the cart slightly to release the main frame from the holding slot.
Folding the Cart:
Turn the knob as shown in Figure 5 to release and tighten the handle. Press the folding button and push the handle downward as shown in Figures 6 and 7 to fold the cart until the main frame clicks into the holding slot (Figure 8).
Push the upper bag bracket downward as shown in Figure 9. Figure 10 shows the cart is folded.
Using the Brake:
Push the brake pedal to stop the rear wheel and pull it off to release, as shown in Figure 11.
Umbrella Holder:
To use: Simply attach the umbrella holder onto the cart as shown in Figure 12.
To store: Attach the umbrella holder to the storage rack on the right leg frame as shown in Figure 13.
Maintenance and Adjustments
Front Wheel Alignment:
If the cart veers to the left, use the hex wrench to turn screw A counterclockwise and screw B clockwise to adjust the alignment. If the cart veers to the right, use the hex wrench to turn screw A clockwise and screw B counterclockwise to adjust the alignment (Figures 8A, 8B, 14, 15, 16).
Maintenance:
To clean the cart, wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Car polish may be used to maintain the finish. Lubricate moving parts every 6 months.
