2. Product Diagram
The PTZ Security Camera features the following components:

3. Download and Install App
Download the ZUMIMALL App from Google Play™ or App Store™. Scan the QR codes provided with your smartphone.

Permissions Required:
- Allow ZUMIMALL App to access mobile cellular data and wireless LAN for camera connection.
- Allow ZUMIMALL App to receive pushed messages for motion detection alarms.
The app interface shows settings for Wireless Data access and Notification permissions.
4. Account Registration
New users need to sign up for the ZUMIMALL App using an email address. Click 'Sign up' to create a new account and follow the on-screen steps to complete registration.
The process involves steps like entering account details and confirming registration.
5. Add Camera to App
5.1 Preparations for connection
- Insert a Micro SD Card into the camera to save video clips or utilize the 7-day free cloud service. Video recording requires either an SD card or cloud service.
- Select 2.4G/5G WiFi for a stable signal.
- When connecting to the network, place the camera close to the router (Recommended within 10-15 feet).
5.2 Connect Camera to App
Follow these steps within the app:
- Tap 'Add Device' on the home screen.
- Select 'Power Plug Camera' from the device list.
- Turn on the camera.
- Reset the camera by holding the RESET button for 4-5 seconds until the indicator light flashes red.
- Input your Wi-Fi password for the selected 2.4GHz or 5GHz network.
- Prepare for scanning: Remove protective film from the lens. Tap 'Next' to display a QR code. Hold your phone 5-8 inches from the camera lens for scanning.
- Scan QR Code: The camera will scan the QR code displayed on your phone. A tone will be heard upon successful scanning.
- Connect Network: Ensure the device is powered on, connected to the router, and that the device and phone are on the same network. The app will show progress through device search, cloud registration, and initialization.
- Finished Installation: The process completes when it reaches 100%.
Perform Network Diagnosis
The app may perform a network diagnosis to check Wi-Fi signal strength and current placement suitability for camera installation.
View Installation Tips
Installation Tips:
- Use an outdoor mounting bracket for external installation.
- Install the camera at a height of 2-3 meters.
- Avoid direct sunlight on the camera lens.
- Avoid placing the camera lens too close to walls or glass.
