3. Download and Install App
Download the ZUMIMALL App from Google Play™ or App Store™. You can also scan the QR codes provided with your smartphone.

Important Permissions:
- Allow ZUMIMALL App to access mobile cellular data and wireless LAN for camera connection.
- Allow ZUMIMALL App to receive pushed messages for motion detection alarms.

4. Account Registration
New users need to sign up for the ZUMIMALL App using an email address. Click 'Sign up' to create a new account and follow the on-screen steps to complete registration.

5. Add Camera to App
5.1 Preparations for connection
- Insert a Micro SD Card into the camera to save video clips or utilize the 7-day free cloud service. Video will not be saved without either option.
- Select a 2.4G/5G WiFi network for a good signal.
- Ensure both your phone and the camera are connected to the same network for successful pairing.
- When connecting to the network, place the camera close to the router (Recommended within 10-15ft).
Method 1: Bluetooth Setup (RECOMMENDED)
- On the Homepage, tap 'Add' or '+' in the upper right corner, then tap 'Add Device'.
- If Bluetooth is not enabled on your cellphone, the app will prompt you to allow it.
- Once Bluetooth is on, the app will automatically search for available devices. Select the device you wish to connect to from the search list.
- To connect the camera, select either the 2.4GHz or 5GHz Wi-Fi network and enter the password. The app typically displays your current Wi-Fi network.
- The app will show the Wi-Fi connection progress. Wait for a successful connection, indicated by the camera's indicator light turning solid blue. Click 'Next' to name the camera and choose a room, then click 'Done' to finish the setup.
- If connection fails, check the app for troubleshooting guidance. You can reset the camera by long-pressing the reset button until you hear a 'Boogu' sound, then try again or use other methods.

Method 2: QR Code Setup
Follow these steps for QR code setup:
- Tap 'Add Device' on the app homepage.
- Select the Camera model (e.g., BF-BK05).
- Turn on the Camera. Ensure it is powered on or wake it up if asleep. Keep it near the router for the best signal.
- Input Wi-Fi Password: Select your 2.4G/5GHz WiFi network and enter the password.
- Prepare for Scanning: Remove protective film from the lens. Tap 'Next' to display a QR code on your phone.
- Scan QR Code: Hold your phone 5-8 inches from the camera's lens to scan the QR code. A tone will be heard upon successful scanning.

Installation and Network Diagnosis:
After scanning, the installation will complete, you can name the camera, view installation tips, perform network diagnosis, and start using the camera.

Note: Please use a 5V1A or 5V2A power adapter to fully charge the camera before use. The camera only supports 5V power adapter charging.
Troubleshooting and Support
If you have further questions or encounter issues, please email Tech@zumimall.com with your camera's SN number and a description of the problem. ZUMIMALL will assist you as soon as possible.
How to find the SN number?
You can find the SN number within the ZUMIMALL app:
- Click 'Settings'.
- Click 'Device Information'.
- View the 'SN' under 'Device Information' or 'View Virtual ID'.
