When jogging with your child, use the following safety features:

  • LOCK THE FRONT SWIVEL WHEEL IN STRAIGHT POSITION (Refer to Step 12).
  • SAFETY WRIST STRAP: Always connect the safety strap to either wrist when jogging. This strap will keep the stroller from rolling away if you trip while running [?]. The safety strap must remain connected to the rear lower frame cross member at all times to prevent the stroller from tipping backward if you fall. The safety strap includes a hook-and-loop attachment for storage on the left side of the stroller when not in use [?️].

Maintenance

Care and Maintenance:

Testing for Proper Wheel Installation:

WARNING: ALWAYS check the double nut locking system before each use to ensure the front wheel is securely fastened to the frame.

  1. Lift the front end of the stroller up and pull down on the wheel to ensure it is attached [⬆️]. NOTE: The wheel must not detach.
  2. If you experience front wheel wobble beyond normal use, you may need to adjust the front wheel housing nut.
  3. Reverse the process. Remove the fender to access the nut. Use a standard wrench to tighten the nut [⚙️]. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN, as this can cause the front wheel to not swivel properly and damage the wheel housing. When tightened correctly, the front fork should have only a slight drag when manually rotated and should not rotate freely. Always test the fork for slight drag after adjusting.

Diagram Description: Figures show how to lift the stroller to test wheel attachment and how to access and adjust the wheel nut by removing the fender.

Fender:

If adjustment or replacement is necessary:

  1. Align the front fender and press it onto the front frame assembly [✅].
  2. Insert the 4 screws through the underside of the front frame assembly into the front fender's plastic tubes. Tighten the screws only until snug [⚙️]. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.

Diagram Description: Figures illustrate aligning the fender and inserting screws for attachment.

Seat Pad:

To clean the seat pad, use only mild household soap or detergent and warm water on a sponge or clean cloth [?].

Other:

  • Regularly check your stroller for loose screws, worn parts, torn material, or stitching. Replace or repair parts as needed [?].
