Initial Charging: While you read this manual, you can begin charging the GP2000 by connecting it to your mobile phone charger and the provided Type-C cable.
Part Description and Function
The GOOLOO GP2000 jump starter features several key components:
- Indicator: Shows the battery level.
- Switch: Powers the device and checks battery status.
- LED Flashlight: Provides illumination.
- Type-C Input Port (15W): For charging the jump starter itself.
- Quick Charge Output Port: For fast charging compatible devices.
- 5V/2.4A Output Port: For standard USB charging.
The device comes with essential accessories:
- Booster Clamp Cable: Connects the jump starter to a vehicle's battery.
- USB-C Cable: For charging the jump starter.
Operating Instructions
Battery Indicator
Press the switch to check the battery level:

During charging, the indicator lights will flash one by one. Solid lights indicate the current battery level. All lights will turn off automatically when charging is complete.
How to Charge the GP2000
This device can be charged using the provided USB-C cable and a 5V power source, such as a mobile phone charger. (Note: Wall charger and vehicle charger are not included.) Fast charging can be achieved using a QC 3.0 port or a car charger port. These accessories may need to be purchased separately.
How to Jump Start a Vehicle
Ensure the device is charged to over 50% (at least 2 bars on the battery indicator). If the device has not been used for more than two months, it must be charged first.
- Connect the blue clamp of the booster cable to the device and ensure the indicator on the booster cable is off.
- Connect the red clamp to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle's battery and the black clamp to the negative (-) terminal. Verify the indicator light on the booster cable.
- Check the indicator light on the booster cable and follow the instructions:
- Solid Green Light: Indicates a correct connection and functioning circuit. You can start the vehicle directly.
- Solid Red Light: Indicates an incorrect connection. Correct the clamps as described in step 2, then wait until the green light is solid before starting the vehicle.

Vehicle Battery Voltage Too Low
Flashing Green Light: Indicates the vehicle's battery voltage is too low. Press the "BOOST" button on the booster cable. Wait until the green light becomes solid, then start the vehicle for up to 30 seconds.
Vehicle Battery Damaged
No Lights: Indicates the vehicle's battery may be damaged. Ensure the connection is correct, then press the "BOOST" button on the booster cable. The green light will illuminate solidly, then start the vehicle for 30 seconds.

How to Charge Your Mobile Phone or Tablet
- Connect the charging cable to the USB-A output port and your devices.
- Press the switch. The product will automatically identify and charge your device. Indicator lights will illuminate during charging.

How to Turn On/Off the LED Flashlight
Press and hold the switch for 3 seconds to turn the LED flashlight on or off. A gentle press cycles through 3 LED light modes: Normal, Stroboscopic, and SOS.

- A: This device is a lithium polymer battery. The operating temperature is -20°C~55°C / 4°F~131°F. If the ambient temperature exceeds 55°C/131°F, the internal construction of the Lithium-Ion Polymer cells may change, potentially causing swelling and risk. Therefore, DO NOT STORE the device in a vehicle for extended periods, especially during hot weather.

- A: This product cannot charge devices that require very low current, such as the iPhone 6, headphones, or smartwatches, because it has a minimum charge current of 200 mA. It will automatically shut off after 30 seconds if the charging current is less than 200 mA.

- The booster is exclusively for 12V vehicles; it can be dangerous to start other vehicles. It is forbidden to use it on other machines such as aircraft, boats, etc.
- Do not use this device if the cable, clamp, or cord is damaged, or if the device is overheated, swollen, or leaking.
- Do not use this device as a replacement for a vehicle battery or as a vehicle battery charger.
- Do not use this device to start a vehicle while its internal battery is charging.
- Use only the booster cable provided with this device and a correct and qualified charger to charge this device.
- Do not allow this device to over-discharge (do not let the battery go flat); recharge it regularly, preferably every 3 months.
- Ensure the blue plug of the booster cable is fully inserted into the booster port; otherwise, the blue plug may melt.
- Ensure all battery connections are clean before starting, and ensure the battery clamps are securely connected. If the vehicle's battery terminals are dirty or corroded, the device's power will be weakened.
- Do not connect the two clamps together.
- Do not connect the booster clamps in reverse to the battery when pressing the "BOOST" button to avoid accidents.
- Use the device to start the vehicle only when the battery indicator has more than 2 bars.
- Do not leave the device connected to the battery after successfully starting the engine. Remove the product from the battery after starting the engine, as this could cause damage.
- Do not recharge this product immediately after using it to jump-start a vehicle; let it cool down for 30 minutes before charging.
- Do not let the product get wet and do not immerse the product in water.
- Do not use the product in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquid, gas, or dust.
- Do not modify or disassemble the device. Only a technician can repair this device.
- Do not expose the product to extreme heat or fire.
- Do not drop or crush the device. If the device has been broken or damaged in any way, a qualified battery technician should inspect it.
- Do not store the device in locations where the temperature may exceed 55°C/131°F.
- Charge only at an ambient temperature between -10~45°C / -14~113°F.
- In extreme conditions, the battery may weaken. If liquid leaks from the device, do not handle it with bare hands. In case of skin contact, wash immediately with soap and water. If liquid contacts the eyes, flush the eyes with cold running water for at least 10 minutes and seek immediate medical attention.
- The device contains lithium batteries. At the end of the product's life, if the device leaks liquid, dispose of it in accordance with local regulations.
