Operation Guidance

Indicator Lights

Press the power switch to check the storage level:

During charging, indicator lights flash one by one. Solid indicators show the current storage level. All indicators turn off when charging is paused or completed.

How to Charge

1. Connect the Type-C cable to a car adapter or a wall charger.
2. Connect the Type-C connector to the host (jump starter). (Note: Both car and home chargers can be used. Car chargers must be purchased separately.)

How to Jump Start a Vehicle

Ensure the jump starter has over 60% charge. If not used for more than two months, charge it first.

1. Connect the smart cable plug to the jump starter.
2. Connect the red clamp to the vehicle's positive (+) terminal and the black clamp to the negative (-) terminal.
3. Start the vehicle.
4. Once the engine starts, remove the plug from the jump starter.
5. Remove the clamps from the vehicle battery.

How to Use the Smart Cable

Ensure the blue plug of the smart cable is fully seated into the jump starter's socket and the Cable Indicator is off before proceeding.

Cable Indicator Guide

• ✔️ Green Light On: The connection is correct and the circuit is working. You can start the engine.
• ❌ Red Light On with Buzzing: The connection is wrong. DO NOT start the engine. Reconnect properly until the Green Light is on. Beep,Beep
• ⚠️ Green Light Blinking with Buzzing: The vehicle battery is low. Press the "BOOST" button, wait for the Green Light to become steady, then start the engine within 30 seconds. Beep,Beep
• ❌ No Lights on, No buzzing: The vehicle's battery may be damaged. Confirm clamp connections, press the "BOOST" button, wait for the Green Light to become steady, then start the engine within 30 seconds.

How to Switch the LED Light

1. Press and hold the LED Switch (Power Switch) for 3 seconds to turn on the LED light.
2. Press lightly to cycle through 3 lighting modes: Flashlight, Strobe light, SOS Signal flash.
3. Press again to turn off the light.

Q1: What is the operating temperature of this product and how to store it?

The car jump starter uses a lithium-ion battery. The operating temperature is -20℃~60℃ (-4℉~140℉). If the ambient temperature is higher than 60℃ (140℉), the internal structure of the lithium-ion cells may change, potentially causing swelling and making it unsafe. DO NOT store it in a car for long periods, especially in summer.

Q2: How to jump start a car with this product?

1. Ensure the jump starter has over 60% charge. If not used for more than two months, charge it first.
2. Turn on the unit and connect the red clamp to the vehicle's positive (+) terminal and the black clamp to the negative (-) terminal.
3. When the jump cable indicator turns green (ensure it is steady), start your car.
4. If the jumper cable indicator does not turn green, turn on the car's headlights and wait for the indicator to turn green, then try starting the car again.
5. Unplug the jumper cables from the jump starter within 30 seconds and remove the clamps from the vehicle battery.

Q3: What is the correctly connected state of this product and the car?

When the clamps are correctly connected to the car battery, the jumper cable indicator light will shine a steady green light. If the light flashes red, the connection is wrong.

Q4: What should I do if this product cannot start a car?

Recharge and fully charge the unit, then try again. Ensure to wait 10 seconds between each jump attempt. If it still does not work, email fiona@gooloo.com within the 12-month warranty period (attach your order ID).

Q5: What should I do if this product cannot be charged?

Charge it with both a 15V wall charger and a car charger, leaving it overnight. If it still does not work, email fiona@gooloo.com within the 12-month warranty period (attach your order ID).

Q6: What should I do if this product cannot charge other devices?

Try using a different charging cable. If that works, the original cable may be defective; email us, and we will provide a new cable. If it still does not work, email fiona@gooloo.com within the 12-month warranty period (attach your order ID).

Q9: How long does the battery storage remain?

6-12 months. However, we suggest recharging it every 3 months to maintain battery health.

Warnings

⚠️ Please read the instruction manual carefully before using this unit.

• Jump start only 12V vehicles. It is hazardous to use for other voltage systems or machines like aircraft or ships.
• Use caution while operating this unit.
• Do not use this unit if any cable clamp or cord is damaged.
• Do not use this unit in place of a vehicle battery.
• Do not use this unit as a battery charger.
• Do not leave the unit connected to the car battery after successfully cranking the engine.
• Use only the jumper cable provided with this unit.
• Ensure the blue plug of the jump cable is fully seated into the jump starter socket; otherwise, the blue plug could melt.
• Ensure all battery connections are clean before jump starting and that the battery clamps are well connected. Dirty or corroded battery terminals can reduce the unit's power output.
• Do not attempt to jump start more than 3 times in a row. This could damage the unit due to overheating. Allow at least two minutes between attempts. The jumping cable may overheat and detach as a safety measure.
• Remove the product from the vehicle battery within 30 seconds after jump starting the engine to prevent damage.
• Do not connect the two clamps together.
• Only attempt to jump start when 3 to 4 indicator lights are illuminated (indicating sufficient charge).
• Do not allow young or infirm persons to use the product without supervision.
• Do not use the product as a toy.
• Do not allow the product to become wet.
• Do not immerse the product in water.
• Do not operate the product in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust.
• Do not modify or disassemble the unit. Only a qualified repair technician may repair this unit.
• Do not expose the product to extreme heat or fire.
• Ensure someone is within hearing range or close enough to provide aid when working with batteries.
• Remove personal metal items such as rings, bracelets, necklaces, etc., when using the unit.
• Do not drop the unit. If the unit receives a sharp blow or is damaged in any other way, have it checked by a qualified battery technician.
• Do not store the unit in locations where the temperature may exceed 70℃.
• Charge only at ambient temperatures between 0℃ and 60℃.
• Charge only using the charger provided with this unit.
• Do not use the unit to jump start a vehicle while its internal battery is being charged.
• If this unit is leaking liquid, dispose of it at a proper recycling facility immediately.
• Under extreme conditions, the battery may leak. If liquid leaks from the unit, do not handle with bare hands. In case of skin contact, wash immediately with soap and water. If the liquid contacts the eyes, rinse eyes with cold running water for at least 10 minutes and seek immediate medical attention.
• The unit contains lithium-based batteries. At the end of the product's life, dispose of the unit according to local regulations.

Warranty Information

GOOLOO offers a limited warranty for this product against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the purchase date by the end user/consumer. The conditions of the warranty are:

1. The warranty is valid only upon presentation of the original receipt (from dealer/retailer) by the original purchaser along with the product for repair or replacement.
2. The warranty is void if the serial number, date of purchase, and label have been removed.
3. The warranty does not cover damage or product failure resulting from normal wear and tear, physical abuse, improper installation, misuse, modification, or repairs by unauthorized third parties.
4. GOOLOO does not assume responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during shipment or as a result of force majeure.
5. GOOLOO is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of this product.
6. All warranty claims are limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product at GOOLOO's sole discretion.
7. If the product is repaired or replaced, it will be covered for the remaining time of the original warranty period. Repair or replacement may involve the use of reconditioned units that are equivalent in function. Replaced parts or products become the property of GOOLOO.
8. Consumable components, such as batteries, are not covered by the warranty.
