The GOOLOO GP2000 jump starter features several key components:
- Indicator: Shows battery status and charging progress.

Operation Instructions
Battery Indicator
Press the power switch to check the battery power. The indicator will blink one by one during charging. Different numbers of solid indicators show different battery power levels. All indicators will turn off automatically when charging is complete.
How to Charge the GP2000
This unit can be charged using a Type-C cable and a 5V wall charger (phone charger) or car charger. (Note: 5V wall charger and car charger are not included). Only via a QC3.0 wall charger or car charger can you achieve the quick charge input function; these can be purchased separately.
How to Start a Vehicle
Ensure the unit is over 50% charged (check the battery indicator with at least 2 bars). If the unit has not been used for more than two months, charge it first.
- Connect the smart jumper cable fully into the unit, ensuring both indicators on the jumper cable are off.
- Connect the red clamp to the positive (+) battery terminal and the black clamp to the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Check the indicator lights on the jumper cable and follow the instructions below:
Indicator Light Status:
- GREEN LIGHT on and solid: Indicates the connection is correct and the circuit is working. You can start the vehicle directly.
- RED LIGHT on and solid with beeping: Indicates an incorrect connection. Correct the battery clamps as per step 2. Wait for the GREEN LIGHT to be solid before starting the vehicle.
- GREEN LIGHT Blinks: Indicates the vehicle battery voltage is too low. Press the "BOOST" button on the jumper cable. The GREEN LIGHT will turn solid. Start the vehicle immediately within 30 seconds.
- No Lights on, No beeping: Indicates that the vehicle battery may be damaged. Ensure the correct connection, press the "BOOST" button on the jumper cable, wait for the GREEN LIGHT to be solid, and start the vehicle immediately within 30 seconds.
- Start the vehicle when the GREEN LIGHT is on and solid.
- When the vehicle has been started, remove the jumper cable from the jump starter and the vehicle battery.
15V/10A DC Output (12-16.8V, 150W Max)
This port can power 12V devices.
Cigarette Lighter Socket Output
Connect 12V devices that require power via a cigarette lighter socket using the included adapter.
5.5*2.1mm DC Output
Connect 12V devices that require power via the 12V DC port. Ensure your device supports 12V DC input (the port diameter is 5.5*2.1mm). If not, you cannot use this output.
Protection Mode
Short Circuit /Overload Protection: If the 15V/10A DC port experiences a short circuit or overload (load power > 150W), the unit will automatically shut off for self-protection. Resolve the short circuit or overload issue and recharge the unit to reset from protection mode.
How to Charge Your Phone or Tablet
- Plug your charging cable into the USB-A port and connect to your device.
- Press the power switch. The unit will automatically identify your device and begin charging. The battery indicators will light up during charging.
How To Turn On/Off The LED Flashlight
Long press the power switch for 3 seconds to turn on the LED light. Short presses cycle through three modes: Normal, Strobe, and SOS. Press and hold again to turn the light off.

Q1: What is the operating temperature of this unit and how to store it?
A: This unit is a lithium polymer battery, operating temperature is -20~60°C / -4~140°F. If the ambient temperature is higher than 60°C/140°F, the internal structure of the polymer lithium-ion cells will be damaged, it may swell and become unsafe. So, do not store the device in a vehicle parked in hot weather for long periods of time.
Q2: How to start a vehicle with this unit?
A: Please refer to the instructions about "How to Start a 12V Vehicle".
Q3: Why do Green and Red lights on the jumper cable blink alternately?
A: The smart jumper cable has an Over-start Protection function. If you attempt to start the vehicle continuously for more than 4 times within 2 minutes, the jumper cable will enter Over-start Protection mode (Green and Red lights will blink alternately). In this mode, there will be no output from the battery clamps. You can disconnect the jumper cable plug from the jump starter; the Over-start Protection will be removed.
Q4: How do you know if this unit is connected to the vehicle correctly?
A: With the battery clamps connected to the vehicle battery, when the indicator on the jumper cable shines a steady green light, it means it's connected correctly. If the red light is on and solid with beeping, it means it's a reverse connection.
Q5: What should I do if this product can't start a vehicle?
A: Fully recharge this unit, and try pressing the "BOOST" button on the jumper cable. Wait for the GREEN LIGHT to be solid, then start the vehicle within 30s. If it still does not work, contact us at: contact@gooloo.uk (Attach your order ID).

A: The unit will turn off automatically in 30 seconds when there is no load.
Q9: Can this product charge other devices while it is being charged?

Q11: How often does this unit need to recharge?
A: It is best to recharge it every 3 months.
Q12: Why does it shut off in 30s when charging for other devices?
A: This product may not be able to charge devices that require a very low current, such as iPhone 6 series, headphones, or smartwatches. This unit has a minimum load current of 200mA. It will automatically turn off after 30 seconds if the load current is less than 200mA.

- Do not allow persons without proper knowledge or ability to operate the device unsupervised.

- This unit is for 12V vehicles only. It may not be suitable for other vehicles. It is forbidden to use for other machines such as aircraft, boats, etc.
- Do not use this unit if any cable, clamp, or cord is damaged, or if the unit is overheated, swelled, or leaking fluid.
- Do not use in place of a vehicle battery or as a vehicle battery charger.
- Do not use the unit to start a vehicle while charging its internal battery.
- Only use the attached jumper cable and a correct, qualified charger to charge this unit.
- Do not let the unit over-discharge (do not let the battery run empty). Please charge it regularly; it is best to recharge it every 3 months.
- Ensure the blue plug of the jumper cable is fully inserted into the jumper socket; otherwise, the blue plug could melt.
- Ensure the battery terminals are clean before starting and that the battery clamps are well connected. Dirty or corroded terminals can reduce the unit's output power.
- Do not attempt to start the vehicle continuously more than four times within 2 minutes. If the vehicle does not start, wait at least 30 seconds before restarting.
- Do not connect the two clamps together.
- Do not connect the jump starter's clamps to the battery in reverse while pressing the "BOOST" button to avoid accidents.
- Only use this unit to start the vehicle when the battery indicator shows more than 2 bars.
- Do not keep the unit connected to the vehicle battery after successfully starting the engine. Remove the product from the vehicle battery immediately after starting the engine, or it could lead to damage.
- Do not recharge this product immediately after using it to start a vehicle; allow it to cool down for 30 minutes before charging.
- Do not allow the product to become wet and do not immerse it in water.
- Do not operate the product in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust.
- Do not modify or disassemble the unit. Only a qualified repair technician may repair this unit.
- Do not expose the product to extreme heat or fire.
- Do not drop or crush the unit. If the unit has received a sharp blow or is damaged in any other way, have it checked by a qualified battery technician.
- Do not store in locations where the temperature may exceed 60°C / 140°F.
- Charge only at ambient temperatures between -10~45°C / 14~113°F.
- Under extreme conditions, the battery may leak. If liquid leaks from the unit, do not handle it with bare hands. In case of skin contact, wash immediately with soap and water. If the liquid contacts your eyes, rinse them with cold running water for at least 10 minutes and seek immediate medical attention.
- The unit contains lithium-based batteries. Dispose of the unit according to local regulations at the end of its product life.
