Assembly Steps
Step 1: Attach Base Screws
Insert four large screws (114334) into the base panel and partially screw them in using the wrench (113453).
Step 2: Attach Drawer Slide Runners
Attach the drawer slide runners (118250, 100349) to the inside of the two side panels using screws (100349).
Step 3: Connect Side Panels to Base
Insert two large dowels (101353) into the top edge of the base panel. Align the side panels with the dowels and secure them to the base.
Step 4: Attach Drawer Runner Clips
Attach the drawer runner clips (122998) to the side panels using screws (114254) and cam locks (113453).
Step 5: Secure Top Support Pieces
Place the four top support pieces (153548) onto the top edges of the side panels and tap them into place with a hammer.
Step 6: Attach Wall Mounting Brackets to Unit
Attach the two wall mounting brackets (106989) to the top rear edge of the unit using screws (109049) and washers (100823).
Step 7: Place Glass Top
Carefully place the glass top (10066373, 10087006) onto the assembled unit. Ensure it is correctly aligned.
Step 8: Attach Glass Top Support Brackets
Attach three glass top support brackets (10003193) to the underside of the glass top, aligning them with the pre-drilled holes.
Step 9: Secure Glass Top
Secure the glass top by screwing through the support brackets (10003193) into the unit using small screws (109560).
Step 10: Prepare Wall for Mounting
Attach the two wall mounting brackets to the wall at the desired height using wall mounting screws (109048) and wall plugs (121714) if needed. Ensure they are level and spaced correctly.
Step 11: Mark Wall for Mounting
Position the unit against the wall and mark the screw hole positions for the wall brackets.
Step 12: Wall Mounting Guidance
This section provides guidance on selecting appropriate wall fixings (screws and plugs) based on wall type (solid, hollow, wood). Always use fixings suitable for your wall type. If unsure, seek professional advice.
Step 13: Secure Unit to Wall
Drill holes in the wall at the marked positions. Insert wall plugs (121714) if necessary. Align the unit's wall mounting brackets with the wall-mounted brackets and fasten the unit to the wall using screws (109048) and washers (100823).
Step 14: Attach Drawer Cam Lock Pins
Attach two cam lock pins (118331) to the drawer front panel.
Step 15: Insert Drawer Dowels
Insert two small dowels (101345) into the side panels of the drawer.
Step 16: Attach Drawer Cam Locks
Attach two cam locks (110630) to the drawer side panels.
Step 17: Assemble Drawer Front
Connect the drawer front panel to the drawer sides, aligning dowels and cam lock pins. Secure by turning the cam locks.
Step 18: Attach Drawer Bottom Support
Attach the drawer bottom support (110519) to the drawer assembly using screws and a hammer.
Step 19: Attach Drawer Runners
Attach the four drawer runners (110678) to the outer sides of the drawer assembly using screws.
Step 20: Insert Drawer
Carefully slide the assembled drawer into the unit, aligning the drawer runners with the unit's slide components.
Step 21: Secure Drawer Slides
Secure the drawer slides to the unit using screws (109558).
Wall Mounting Guidance
The supplied screws and plugs are suitable for most solid (A) and hollow (B) walls. For solid wood (C), use screws without plugs. If you are uncertain about your wall type or the correct fixings, seek professional advice.
Wall Type A: Solid walls (e.g., concrete, brick). Use screws and plugs.
Wall Type B: Hollow walls (e.g., plasterboard). Use screws and plugs suitable for hollow walls.
Wall Type C: Solid wood. Use screws without plugs.
Always ensure the furniture is securely fastened to the wall to prevent tip-over accidents.
