Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the AstroAI Portable Car Air Pump. This product is lightweight, portable, easy to operate, and capable of inflating small car tires, motorcycle tires, bicycles, balls, and other inflatables. It also functions as an emergency flashlight and power bank.

Preparation

Charging

Before initial use, charge the product with the included Type-C cord. The outlet adapter is not included. The battery level is indicated by four cells: one cell indicates less than 30% charge, two cells indicate 50% charge, and three cells indicate a full charge. The battery level icon flashes while charging and remains solid when fully charged.

Instructions

I. Turn On/Off

Press and hold the Power Button [⏻] for 1.5 seconds to turn the product on or off. The device will automatically turn off after 90 seconds of inactivity.

II. Switch Units/Modes

Press the Settings Button [⚙️] to cycle through the 5 inflation modes: cars ?, motorcycles ?️, bicycles ?, basketballs ?, and custom mode ?. Press and hold the Settings Button [⚙️] to switch between pressure units: PSI, Bar, kPa, and kg/cm².

III. Preset the Pressure Value

Use the "+" [➕] and "-" [➖] Buttons to set the desired pressure value. Press and hold a button for rapid adjustment. The value will blink three times to confirm the setting.

IV. Turn the LED Light On/Off

Press the LED Light Button [?] once for a steady light. Press again for slow flashing, a third time for quick flashing, and a fourth time to turn the light off.

V. Connect the Hose

Screw the quick connector onto the quick connector port of the product. Remove the valve cap from the tire valve stem and attach the quick connector securely.

VI. Measure Pressure Value

Once connected and powered on, the screen will display the real-time pressure of the inflatable.

VII. Start Inflation

Press the Power Button [⏻] to begin inflation. The digital screen shows the real-time pressure. Avoid touching the hose during inflation.

VIII. Stop Inflation

The air pump automatically stops when the preset pressure is reached. Manual inflation can be stopped by pressing the Power Button [⏻].

IX. Complete Inflation

After inflation, remove the quick connector from the valve stem and replace the valve cap. Store the hose by screwing the quick connector onto the hose storage port.

X. Power Bank Function

The product's USB output port can be used to charge other electronic devices.

Troubleshooting/FAQ

• Air pump does not work: Check the battery level. The lithium battery may discharge during inactivity.
• Slow inflation: Ensure the quick connector is properly attached to the tire's valve stem.
• Overheating: The pump may become hot after continuous use. Allow it to cool down before the next use.
• Low-temperature performance: Lithium battery capacity and lifespan may decrease in cold environments; this is normal.

Maintenance

• Store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• For long-term storage, charge the product to 50%-80% battery level. Recharge every 3 months to maintain battery life.
• Clean plastic parts using mild soap and a cloth dipped in hot water.
