1. Check the water inlet filter

The filter prevents impurities from entering and blocking the valve, and its peripheral rubber ring seals the connection to prevent leaks. Please install the water inlet filter correctly as shown below.

2. Insert the batteries correctly

Prepare 4 new AA alkaline batteries ? and insert them into the battery compartment as shown below. Then, securely close the battery compartment cover to ensure it is waterproof.

3. Install the timer on the faucet

Wrap Teflon tape to the faucet's or hose's threads to avoid leakage.

Install the timer when the faucet is off and make sure the inlet is higher than outlets. Try to ensure the display is vertical to the ground.

4. Activate the timer valve before use

  1. Keep the faucet off and turn the dial to "ON".
  2. Press and hold the "OK/MANUAL" button and at the same time insert the batteries to enter the self-inspection mode.
  3. Release "OK/Manual" button 3 seconds later. All valves will open and close in turn to finish self-inspection (each valve takes 5 seconds).
  4. After all zones complete self-inspection, turn on the faucet slightly to start testing with water.
  5. During the test of each valve, check whether the water flows out or shuts off as expected.

* Refer to the user manual for details.

TIPS: Please activate the device before first use or after a period of inactivity. When testing, keep away from the water timer outlet to avoid being splashed and wet.

5. Congratulations!

You have completed the installation of the timer. Now, please refer to the user manual to begin programming your watering schedule.

6. 5 steps to quickly program your watering plan

Turn the dial clockwise, from OFF to SET CLOCK, to finish setting using buttons. Then, set the plan in the order of START TIME → HOW LONG → HOW OFTEN → ON. Use "+" and "-" buttons to adjust and "OK" to switch between hours or minutes. Turn the dial clockwise after setting to save changes and proceed to the next step for each setting.
