1 Important Safety Instructions

Hearing Safety

⚠️ Danger

To prevent hearing damage, limit listening time with headphones at high volume and set a safe volume level. The higher the volume, the less time you can listen safely.

When using headphones, follow these guidelines:

  • Playback should be at a reasonable volume and for not excessively long periods.
  • Be careful not to continuously increase the volume as your hearing adapts.
  • Do not turn up the volume so high that you cannot hear surrounding sounds.
  • In potentially dangerous situations, pay attention or temporarily stop listening.
  • Excessive sound pressure from earbuds and headphones can cause hearing loss.
  • Using headphones with both ears covered while driving is not recommended and may be illegal in some areas.
  • For your safety, avoid distractions from listening to music or making calls while in traffic or other potentially dangerous environments.

General Information

Caution

  • Do not expose headphones to excessive heat.
  • Do not drop the headphones.
  • The headphones must not be exposed to dripping or splashing water (refer to the specific product's IP classification).
  • Do not immerse the headphones in water.
  • Do not charge the headphones if the connector or socket is wet.
  • Do not use any cleaning agent containing alcohol, ammonia, benzene, or abrasive substances.
  • For cleaning, use a soft cloth dampened with a little water or diluted mild soap.
  • The built-in battery must not be exposed to excessively high temperatures such as sunlight or fire.
  • Risk of explosion if the battery is not replaced correctly. Replace only with the same type or equivalent type.
  • To achieve the specific IP rating, the charging slot cover must be closed.
  • Disposing of a battery in fire or a hot oven, or mechanically crushing or cutting a battery, may result in an explosion.
  • Leaving a battery in an extremely high ambient temperature environment may result in an explosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
  • A battery subjected to extremely low air pressure may result in an explosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
  • To prevent fire risk, the equipment is powered only by an external power source whose output must comply with PS1 (with an output capacity of less than 15 W).

Operating and Storage Temperatures

  • Store in a location where the temperature is between -20 °C and 50 °C with relative humidity up to 90%.
  • Use in a location where the temperature is between 0 °C and 45 °C with relative humidity up to 90%.
  • At high or low temperatures, battery life may be reduced.
  • Replacing a battery with an incorrect type risks severely damaging the headphones and battery (e.g., in the case of some lithium battery types).

Notes and Tips

  • Note: Before using the headphones, insert them into the charging case and charge the battery for 2 hours for optimal capacity and duration.
  • Use only the original USB-C charging cable to avoid damage.
  • End the call before charging. Connecting the earbuds for charging will turn them off.
  • If the headphones are not used for a long period, the rechargeable battery will start to lose its original charge. To prevent this loss, fully recharge the battery at least once every three months.
  • Tip: The charging case acts as a portable backup battery to recharge the earbuds. When the charging case is fully charged, it will fully recharge the earbuds 3 times.
  • Tip: Normally, a full charge takes 2 hours (for the earbuds or the charging case) via USB cable.
