Important Notice

Important Information & Safety
ATTENTION
Please read this instruction carefully before installation and follow it strictly during installation. Ensure that there are no problems later due to installation errors.
Installation Notes
- Check the quantity of all parts against the Parts Lists and inspect their appearance before installation. Contact customer service if any issues are found.
- Ensure colored panels face outwards and all holes align correctly. Panels are textured; install them in the specified order. Accurate alignment of lines and holes is crucial for stability.
- Tighten all screws securely to prevent the product from falling apart.
- A protective film is applied to the product surface. It can be removed after installation for the final presentation, or left on for continued protection if undamaged during installation.
- Place the product on a flat, level ground to prevent leaning or collapse. Uneven ground may prevent the door from closing properly.
Safety Precautions
- We recommend two adults for installation to ensure it is easier and safer.
- Wear gloves to prevent hand cuts during installation.
- Exercise caution when using power tools near water; the use of a Residual Current Device (RCD) is advised.
- Use electric drivers carefully during screwing to avoid screw slippage and potential injury. Beginners are advised to use a manual screwdriver.
- Be careful when installing the roof to avoid falls. Ensure the ladder is steady and the product is on flat ground.

Assembly Overview
Shed Top Panels
Parts include: K810-7L (2), K810-7M (10), K810-7R (2), K810-8 (4), K1010-9L (2), K1010-9R (2), K810-10 (1), K1010-10R (1), GC (4), GE (2).
Shed Top Frame
Parts include: K810-3 (2), K810-3L (2), K810-4 (2), K1010-4R (2), K810-5L (2), K810-5R (2), K1010-6L (4), K1010-6R (4), C2 (4), C3 (4), C4 (4).
Door
Parts include: UA (2), DA (2), DH (4), DDA (4), W5-K (2).
Shed Base
Parts include: T-F (4), K810-1 (2), K810-1R (2), K810-2 (2), K1010-2R (2), DBA (4).
Shed Side
Parts include: W5 (19), W5-C (4), W3 (2).

Colour Coated Plate Splicing Diagram
This diagram illustrates the arrangement of panels for the Left Side, Back Side, and Right Side of the shed, using parts such as W5, W5-C, W3, K810-7L, K810-7M, K810-7R.
Shed Base Frame Assembly
Assemble the base frame using parts K810-1, K810-1R, K810-2, K1010-2R, T-F fasteners, and F1 screws. Ensure the larger hole of the parts is always aligned over the small hole. The base is a docking structure; consistent diagonal dimensions and a flat ground are crucial for overall stability.
Shed Side Panels Assembly
Assemble the side panels by connecting W5-C panels with parts K810-1R, K810-1, K810-2, and K1010-2R using F1 screws. Note: Do not install screws prematurely; they will be installed after other plates are attached.
Frame Assembly - Lower Section
Note: Two Adults Are Required. Pay attention to the orientation of accessories during installation.
Assemble the lower frame using parts K810-3, K810-3L, K810-4, K1010-4R, C2 connectors, and F1 screws. Ensure correct orientation (UP/down, outside/within) as indicated in the diagrams.
Frame Assembly - Mid Section
Assemble the frame structure using W5 panels, K810-3, K810-3L, K810-4, and K1010-4R parts, secured with F1 and F2 screws.
Frame Assembly - Upper Section
Continue frame assembly using W5 panels, K810-3, K810-3L, K810-4, and K1010-4R parts, secured with F1 and F2 screws.
Frame Assembly - Additional Components
Incorporate W5 panels, K810-3, K810-3L, K810-4, K1010-4R, and UA parts into the frame assembly, using F1 and F2 screws for secure attachment.
Shed Top Frame Assembly
Assemble the shed's top frame by connecting K810-5L and K810-5R parts using F1 screws and V2 fasteners.
Shed Top Frame Assembly - Cross Members
Assemble the top frame cross members using C3 and C4 connectors, and parts K1010-6L and K1010-6R, secured with F1 and F2 screws. Note: Part K1010-6L is narrower and fits into the bore of K1010-6R for proper alignment.
Shed Top Frame Assembly - Final Connections
Complete the top frame assembly by connecting K1010-6L and K1010-6R parts using F1 screws and F2 fasteners.
Shed Top Panels Assembly
Attach the shed's top panels, including K810-7L, K810-7M, and K810-7R, using F1 screws and V2 fasteners. Ensure panel grooves align with support beams (K1010-6 & K1010-6R) using F1 screws. The installation should show edges extending outwards by approximately 50mm.
Roof Rain Shield Assembly
Connect the two components of the roof rain shield, K810-10 and K1010-10R, using F1 self-tapping screws before proceeding with further installation.
Roof Assembly
Assemble the roof structure using parts K810-8, K1010-9L, K1010-9R, GC, GE, K810-10, and K1010-10R, secured with F1, V2, and F4 screws.
Door Assembly - DL Type
Assemble the DL door panels, W5-K and W2-HL, using F2 screws. Construct the door frame using parts DA, DLA, DDA, and DBA, secured with F1 and F2 screws. Ensure the vertical rod covers the horizontal rod, and the larger hole aligns over the small hole when viewed from the front.
Door Assembly - DR Type
Assemble the DR door panels, W5-K and W2-HR, using F2 screws. Construct the door frame using parts DA, DRA, DDA, and DBA, secured with F1 and F2 screws. The final fixation should be performed after all parts are aligned.
Door Attachment - Final Steps
Attach the assembled DL and DR doors to the shed structure using DH, DC, F3, GL, and F1 screws as shown in the diagrams.
Final Door Securing
Secure the DL and DR doors in place using F3 screws.
Protective Caps Installation
Install SL protective caps to cover exposed screws on the upper beam support bar (C4 assembly) and the upper cross members (K1010-6L, K1010-6R) for a finished look and protection.
