Thank you for purchasing the AECOJOY 4x8 Storage Shed. Please follow these instructions carefully for safe and correct assembly.

Important Notes

⚠️ The product comes in two packages. Please install after receiving all packages.

Please read this instruction carefully before installation and follow it strictly during installation. Ensure that there are no problems later due to installation errors.

Installation Notes

Please check the quantity of all parts before installation (Please refer to the Parts Lists) and the appearance of the products. Please make sure the product is correct before installation. If there is any problem, please contact AECOJOY directly.
Make sure the colored panels are facing outwards and all the holes match. The panels are textured; please install the panels in the order specified in the instructions. All lines and holes must be accurately matched to make the storage shed more stable. Please ensure that all screws are tightened to prevent the product from falling apart.
There is a protective film on the surface to protect the product; please tear it off after installation to get the final presentation. If you do not damage the film during installation, it can also remain on the product to protect the product.
Please place the product on a flat ground to prevent leaning and collapse. If the ground is uneven, the door may not be closed properly.

Safety Precautions ⚠️

We recommend two adults to complete the installation. Two adults installed together will make the installation process easier and safer.
Gloves must be worn to prevent hand cuts during installation.
Take care when using power tools near water; the use of a residual current device (RCD) is advised.
Please use the electric driver carefully during screwing to prevent the screw from slipping and hurting your hand. (We recommend that beginners use a manual screwdriver for installation.)
Be careful not to fall when installing the roof. Please steady the ladder and make sure the product is placed on a flat ground.

Assembly Steps

STEP 1: Assemble Base Frame

Parts Used: 1L, 1R, 2L, 2R, 3L, 3R, 4B, C, S4

Assemble the base frame by connecting the long base panels (1L, 1R, 2L, 2R, 3L, 3R) using bracket connectors (4B) and screws (C, S4). Two diagrams show close-ups of how the panels connect at the corners using brackets and screws.

STEP 2: Attach Vertical Poles

Parts Used: 5, S4

Insert four vertical poles (5) into the corners of the assembled base frame. Secure them using screws (S4). A diagram shows four poles being inserted into the frame, secured with screws.

STEP 3: Connect Horizontal Frame Pieces

Parts Used: F, FF

Attach horizontal frame pieces (F, FF) to the top of the vertical poles. Diagrams show how F and FF connectors attach to the poles.

STEP 4: Attach Side Frame Elements

Parts Used: 6, 7F, 7B, 8L, 8R, 10, S4

Connect side frame elements (6, 7F, 7B, 8L, 8R, 10) to the main frame structure using screws (S4). Diagrams illustrate specific connection points for these parts.

STEP 5: Attach Roof Support Beams

Parts Used: 6L, 6R, 10, FL, FR, I, S4

Attach roof support beams and connectors (6L, 6R, 10, FL, FR, I) to the frame. Diagrams show how these parts form the roof support structure, secured with screws (S4).

STEP 6: Attach Side Wall Panels

Parts Used: W4, W5, S4, S6, S7, F7

Install side wall panels (W4, W5). Diagrams show the panels being attached to the frame using screws (S4), bolts (S6), nuts (S7), and long screws (F7).

STEP 7: Attach Roof Panels

Parts Used: W5, S4, S6, S7, F7

Install roof panels (W5). Diagrams show the panels being attached to the roof structure using screws (S4), bolts (S6), nuts (S7), and long screws (F7).

STEP 8: Attach More Roof Panels

Parts Used: W1, W3, W6, S4, S6, S7, F7

Install additional roof panels (W1, W3, W6). Diagrams show these panels being attached to the roof structure using screws (S4), bolts (S6), nuts (S7), and long screws (F7).

STEP 9: Attach More Wall Panels

Parts Used: 24L, 24R, W2, S4, S6, S7, F7

Install wall panels (24L, 24R, W2). Diagrams show these panels being attached to the frame using screws (S4), bolts (S6), nuts (S7), and long screws (F7).

STEP 10: Attach More Wall Panels

Parts Used: W4, S4, S6, S7, F7

Install wall panels (W4). Diagrams show these panels being attached to the frame using screws (S4), bolts (S6), nuts (S7), and long screws (F7).

STEP 11: Attach More Wall Panels

Parts Used: 17L, 17R, S4, S6, S7, F7

Install wall panels (17L, 17R). Diagrams show these panels being attached to the frame using screws (S4), bolts (S6), nuts (S7), and long screws (F7).

STEP 12: Attach Final Wall Panels

Parts Used: 21L, 21R, S4, F7

Install the final wall panels (21L, 21R). Diagrams show these panels being attached to the frame using screws (S4) and long screws (F7).

STEP 13: Attach Top Trim/Support

Parts Used: 10F, 10B, S4

Attach top trim and support pieces (10F, 10B) to the upper structure. Diagrams show these parts being secured with screws (S4).

STEP 14: Attach Back Wall Support

Parts Used: 18, 25

Install back wall support pieces (18, 25). Diagrams show these parts being attached to the rear of the shed structure.

STEP 15: Attach Roof Support

Parts Used: W15, S4, F7

Attach roof support panels (W15) to the top of the shed. Diagrams show these panels being secured with screws (S4) and long screws (F7).

STEP 16: Attach Roof Panels

Parts Used: W12, S4, F7

Install roof panels (W12) onto the roof structure. Diagrams show these panels being secured with screws (S4) and long screws (F7).

STEP 17: Attach Roof Panels

Parts Used: 20, S4, F7

Install roof panels (20) onto the roof structure. Diagrams show these panels being secured with screws (S4) and long screws (F7).

STEP 18: Attach Roof Trim/Support

Parts Used: 19L, 19R, F4, S8, F7, S4

Attach roof trim and support pieces (19L, 19R, F4) to the edges of the roof. Diagrams show these parts being secured with screws (S4), self-tapping screws (S8), and long screws (F7).

STEP 19: Assemble the Door

Parts Used: 11L, 11R, 13, 21, M2, S2, S3, S4, S6, S7, F7

Assemble the door by connecting the door frame parts (11L, 11R, 13) and door panels (21) using connectors (M2), hinge parts (S2, S3), screws (S4), bolts (S6), nuts (S7), and long screws (F7). Diagrams show the door being assembled in sections.

STEP 20: Attach Door Hardware

Parts Used: S1, S6, S7, X2

Attach hinge hardware (S1, S6, S7) to the shed frame and the assembled door. The diagram shows two sets of hardware being attached.

STEP 21: Attach the Left Door

Parts Used: 15, 16, 21, S2, S3, S4, S6, S7, F7, M1

Attach the left door assembly to the shed frame. This involves connecting door frame parts (15, 16), door panels (21), and using hinge parts (S2, S3), screws (S4), bolts (S6), nuts (S7), long screws (F7), and connector (M1). Diagrams show the door being mounted.

STEP 22: Attach the Right Door
