The Aldes ISONE 1500 with ring is a flush-mounted fire damper designed for compartmentation in commercial buildings, particularly in high-rise structures and public-access buildings. It is optimized for ventilation systems operating at pressures above 500 Pa and up to 1500 Pa.

Principles of Operation
The damper remains open in its normal position. In the event of a fire, it closes to prevent the spread of fire and smoke between compartments. Closure can be initiated thermally or centrally via the scalable mechanism.

The ISONE 1500 with ring is a flush-mounted fire damper suitable for ventilation systems operating at pressures between 500 Pa and 1500 Pa. It features a scalable mechanism, easy wiring through a removable terminal block, and offers multiple installation options.
Installation
- Flush-mounted in a 110 mm concrete wall.
- Flush-mounted in a 150 mm concrete slab (maximum opening size 600 x 600 mm at 1500 Pa).
- Utilizes a traditional mortar seal.
- Opening dimensions: (X+50) mm x (Y+50) mm.
- Flap shaft orientation must be vertical or horizontal.
- Ensure compliance with fire resistance classification reports for installation.

- CE marked as per EN 15650, No. 1812-CPD-1016.
- Approved installation without attachment accessories:
- El 120 S - 1500 Pa in a 110 mm concrete wall.

- Includes a 70°C fusible link.
- Rectangular duct components are made of refractory material.
- Shells are fixed to the ends for connection to circular ducting.
- The mobile flap is made of refractory material and closes on stops.
