Principles of Operation
The damper is open in its normal position. In case of fire, the damper closes to prevent the propagation of fire and smoke into other compartments. Its closure can be controlled thermally or centrally via a scalable mechanism.
Product Description
The ISONE 1500 with ring is a flush-mounted fire damper designed for the compartmentation of commercial buildings, including public-access buildings and high-rise structures. It is suitable for ventilation systems operating at pressures between 500 Pa and 1500 Pa. The range features a scalable mechanism, easy wiring via a removable terminal block, and multiple installation possibilities.
Installation
- Flush-mounted in a 110 mm concrete wall.
- Flush-mounted in a 150 mm concrete slab (maximum dimensions 600 x 600 mm at 1500 Pa).
- Utilizes a traditional mortar seal.
- Opening dimensions: (X+50) mm x (Y+50) mm.
- Flap shaft must be positioned vertically or horizontally.
- Ensure fire resistance classification reports are respected for installation.

- El 120 S - 1500 Pa in a 110 mm concrete wall.
