Wall Mounting Considerations:

The supplied screws and plugs are suitable for most solid (A) and hollow (B) walls. For solid wood (C), use screws without plugs. If uncertain, seek professional advice.

Type A (Solid Wall): Requires Ø 8 mm (5/16") drill bit, use screw (approx. 70 mm / 2 3/4") with plug.
Type B (Hollow Wall): Requires Ø 8 mm (5/16") drill bit, use screw (approx. 30 mm / 1 1/4") with plug.
Type C (Solid Wood): Requires Ø 3 mm (1/8") drill bit, use screw (approx. 30 mm / 1 1/4") without plug.

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Assemble Base Frame

Insert 2x dowels (101345) into the base panel. Attach the side panels (104257) to the base using 4x screws (10047135) and 4x cam locks (10071733). Use the cam lock tool (107862) to tighten the cam locks.

Step 2: Attach Drawer Runners

Attach 3x drawer runners (100349) to the inside of each side panel (104257) using 12x screws (10091382).

Step 3: Assemble Drawer Sides

Attach drawer side panels (370173 - left, 119030 - right) to the drawer bottom panels (106989) using 4x screws (10087223) and 4x cam locks (10071733). Use the cam lock tool (107862) to tighten.

Step 4: Attach Drawer Runners to Drawer Sides

Attach 3x drawer runners (100349) to the outside of each drawer side panel (370173, 119030) using 12x screws (10091382).

Step 5: Attach Drawer Back Panel

Slide the drawer back panel (10040242) into the grooves of the drawer sides. Secure the drawer bottom panel (106989) to the drawer sides using 4x screws (109049).

Step 6: Attach Drawer Front Panel

Attach the drawer front panel (10101821) to the assembled drawer sides using 6x screws (109048) and 6x cam locks (10071733). Use the cam lock tool (107862) to tighten.

Step 7: Attach Drawer Handles

Attach the drawer handles (153552) to the drawer front panels using 2x screws (100001) per handle.

Step 8: Insert Drawer Bottom

Slide the drawer bottom panel (106989) into the grooves of the drawer sides and back. Secure the drawer bottom panel to the drawer front panel using 4x screws (100823).

Step 9: Assemble Drawer Box

Insert 3x dowels (10071733) into the drawer front panel. Attach the drawer sides (370173, 119030) to the drawer front panel using 6x cam locks (10071733) and 6x screws (10047135). Use the cam lock tool (107862) to tighten.

Step 10: Attach Drawer Top Panel

Attach the top panel to the assembled drawer box using 8x screws (101345).

Step 11: Attach Drawer Sides to Drawer Box

Attach the drawer side panels (370173, 119030) to the drawer box structure using 6x cam locks (10071733) and 6x screws (10071733). Use the cam lock tool (107862) to tighten.

Step 12: Attach Drawer Runners to Drawer Box

Attach the drawer runners (100349) to the drawer box structure using 12x screws (10047135).

Step 13: Attach Drawer Front Panel

Attach the drawer front panel (10101821) to the drawer box using 5x cam locks (10071733) and 5x screws (119030). Use the cam lock tool (107862) to tighten.

Step 14: Attach Top Panel

Place the top panel onto the assembled frame and secure it.

Step 15: Attach Drawer Front Panel

Attach the drawer front panel (10101821) to the frame using 5x cam locks (10071733) and 5x screws (10047135).

Step 16: Attach Drawer Handles

Attach the drawer handles (153552) to the drawer front panels using 2x screws (100001) per handle.

Step 17: Attach Drawer Slides to Frame

Attach the drawer slides to the inside of the main frame using 4x screws (101345).

Step 18: Attach Drawer Slides to Frame

Attach the drawer slides to the inside of the main frame using 8x screws (101345).

Step 19: Attach Drawer Slides to Drawer Box

Attach the drawer slides to the drawer box using 6x cam locks (10071733) and 6x screws (100349). Use the cam lock tool (107862) to tighten.

Step 20: Assemble Drawer Box Components

Assemble the drawer box components using 6x cam locks (10071733) and 6x screws (10047135).

Step 21: Insert Drawer Front Panel

Slide the drawer front panel into place.

Step 22: Attach Drawer Front Panel

Secure the drawer front panel using 6x cam locks (10071733) and 6x screws (10071733). Use the cam lock tool (107862) to tighten.

Step 23: Level the Unit

Use the adjustable feet to level the unit on the floor. Turn the feet clockwise or counter-clockwise as needed (4x adjustable feet).

Step 24: Install Anti-Tip Device

Attach the anti-tip bracket (10102070) to the back of the unit using 1x screw (10047135).

Step 25: Attach Anti-Tip Bracket to Wall

Position the unit against the wall. Mark the wall through the bracket hole. Drill a hole in the wall (use appropriate drill bit and wall plug based on wall type). Secure the bracket to the wall with a suitable screw.

Step 26: Secure Unit to Wall

Slide the anti-tip strap through the bracket on the unit and secure it.

Step 27: Wall Mounting Options

Details on mounting to different wall types (A, B, C) using appropriate screws and plugs.

Type A (Solid Wall): Requires Ø 8 mm (5/16") drill bit, use screw (approx. 70 mm / 2 3/4") with plug.

Step 28: Attach Anti-Tip Bracket

Attach the anti-tip bracket (10102070) to the unit using 1x screw.

Step 29: Secure Unit to Wall

Attach the anti-tip strap to the unit and secure it to the wall.

Step 30: Secure Drawer Front

Secure the drawer front panel using screws and cam locks.

Step 31: Assemble Drawer Box

Assemble drawer box components using 4x cam locks (10047135) and 4x screws.

Step 32: Attach Drawer Slides

Attach drawer slides to the drawer box using 4x screws (101345).

Step 33: Assemble Drawer Sides

Attach drawer side panels to the drawer base.

Step 34: Attach Drawer Sides to Drawer Box

Attach drawer side panels to the drawer box using 4x cam locks (10071733) and 4x screws (10071733).

Step 35: Insert Drawer Back Panel

Slide the drawer back panel into the grooves.

Step 36: Attach Drawer Front Panel

Attach the drawer front panel using the provided clip mechanism.

Step 37: Insert Drawer Back Panel
