Assembly Steps
Important Notes Before Assembly:
- Confirm all components are present before starting.
- Assemble on a clean, smooth surface to prevent damage.
- Assembly requires at least 2 people.
- Do not mix up similar screws.
- Do not fully tighten bolts until all parts are connected.
- Periodically check and re-tighten fittings as necessary.
Quickfit Assembly: Tighten quickfit until shoulder is flush with panel. Do not overtighten or undertighten.
Cam Lock Assembly: Ensure the correct starting position of the cam lock before inserting the connecting quickfit. The quickfit head should be in the center of the cam lock when panels are joined. Insert the cam lock before the quickfit. Turn cam lock clockwise to tighten.
Drawer Slide Installation:
- Identify the correct holes for installation to avoid misalignment. Ensure screws on drawer slides are leveled for smooth operation.
- Be careful to push in the board when both sides of the slide are aligned.
Anti-Dumping Belt Installation: The anti-dumping belt secures the product to the wall and can be used as needed for safety.
Wall Mounting Screws: Use expansion and self-tapping screws for solid walls. Use only self-tapping screws for wooden walls. Do not overtighten.
Step 01: Attach drawer slides (H) to panel 4 using screws (D). Ensure correct orientation (DL, DR, CL, CR).
Step 02: Attach drawer slides (H) to panel 5 using screws (D).
Step 03: Attach bolts (A) to panel 4.
Step 04: Attach bolts (A) to panel 5.
Step 05: Insert wooden dowels (C) into panels 6 and 3.
Step 06: Attach part 6 to part 5 using cam lock (B).
Step 07: Attach part 3 to parts 4 and 5 using cam locks (B).
Step 08: Attach part 4 to parts 3 and 5 using cam locks (B).
Step 09: Slide back panel (7) into the grooves.
Step 10: Attach bolts (A) to panel 2.
Step 11: Attach panel 2 to the assembled unit using cam locks (B) and wooden dowels (C).
Step 12: Install the USB/C-Port module (G) into panel 2 using screws (D).
Step 13: Assemble the leg frames (13) using screws (I).
Step 14: Attach leg frames (13) to the main unit using screws (E) and Allen key (F).
Step 15: Attach the top panel (1) to the unit using screws (E) and Allen key (F).
Step 16: Assemble the drawer bases (8) using bolts (A) and cam locks (B).
Step 17: Assemble the drawer sides (9) and back (10) to the drawer bases (8) using cam locks (B).
Step 18: Attach drawer fronts (11) to the assembled drawers using screws (J) and Allen key (K).
Step 19: Attach drawer slides (H) to the assembled drawers (12) using screws (D).
Step 20: Attach drawer handles (L) to the drawer fronts using screws (M).
Step 21: Insert the assembled drawers into the unit.
Step 22: Install the anti-tip kit (N) to secure the unit to the wall.
