Assembly Steps

General Notes on Fittings

QUICKFIT: Tighten until the shoulder is flush with the panel. Do not overtighten or undertighten.

CAM LOCK: When fitting the cam lock, ensure the starting position is correct before inserting the connecting quickfit. The quickfit head should be in the center of the cam lock when the two panels are joined. The cam lock should be inserted before the quickfit. Turn the cam lock clockwise [clockwise-arrow] to tighten.

Step 1

Attach drawer slides labeled 'CL' to side panel B using screws (3) [3.5*12MM] (X6).

Attach drawer slides labeled 'CR' to side panel C using screws (3) [3.5*12MM] (X6).

Step 2

Attach panel A (top) to side panels B and C using screws (6) [6*35MM] (X4).

Step 3

Attach panel B to panel D (bottom) using screws (4) [8*30MM] (X4). Ensure the cam lock holes are facing inwards.

Attach panel C to panel D (bottom) using screws (4) [8*30MM] (X4). Ensure the cam lock holes are facing inwards.

Step 4

Attach panel E (back) to the structure using screws (5) [15*9.5MM] (X4).

Step 5

Attach panel D (bottom) to the assembled side panels (B, C) and back panel (E) using screws (1) [5*38MM] (X4).

Step 6

Attach panel D (bottom) to the assembled side panels (B, C) and back panel (E) using screws (4) [8*30MM] (X4).

Step 7

Attach the legs (K) to the underside of the assembled unit. Insert screws (2) [6*12MM] (X16) into the pre-drilled holes on the legs and the unit base.

Step 8

Secure the legs (K) using cam locks (8) [X4].

Step 9

Assemble the drawer frame. Attach drawer side panels (F, G) to the drawer back panel (I) using screws (3) [3.5*12MM] (X4).

Note: Drawer slides labeled 'DL' and 'DR' are stencil printed on the guide rail.

Step 10

Attach the drawer front panel (H) to the assembled drawer frame using screws (6) [6*35MM] (X4).

Step 11

Attach the drawer bottom panel (J) to the drawer frame using screws (5) [15*9.5MM] (X4).

Step 12

Attach the drawer slides labeled 'DL' to the drawer side panel (F) using screws (3) [3.5*12MM] (X2).

Attach the drawer slides labeled 'DR' to the drawer side panel (G) using screws (3) [3.5*12MM] (X2).

Attach the wooden dowel (7) [80*30*16MM] (X1) to the drawer assembly.

Step 13

Insert the assembled drawer into the main unit. Ensure the drawer slides engage correctly.
