Assembly Steps
Step 01: Attach hardware to panels.
Step 02: Assemble the base structure using panels 1, 3, 7, and 8 with screws A and B.
Step 03: Attach side panels (4) and divider panels (13) to the base structure using screws A.
Step 04: Attach top panel (2) and drawer side panels (5) using screws A.
Step 05: Assemble the drawer boxes using panels 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 with screws B, C, D, and cam locks E1, E2, E3, E4.
Step 06: Attach handles (F) to the drawer fronts (5, 10) using screws F.
Step 07: Insert the assembled drawers into the main unit.
Step 08: Final check and ensure all parts are securely fastened.
Important Notes on Installation
- Drawer Slide Alignment: Please find the exact hole for installation, otherwise it will be misaligned. The screws on the drawer slide must be leveled; otherwise, it will affect the smoothness of the drawer.
- Wall Mounting: If mounting to a solid wall, use expansion and self-tapping screws. If mounting to a wooden wall, use only self-tapping screws. Do not overtighten the screws.
- Cam Lock Assembly: When fitting a cam lock, ensure the starting position is correct before inserting the connecting quickfit. The quickfit head should be in the center of the cam lock when the two panels are joined. Turn the cam lock clockwise to tighten.
