Product Introduction
Notes:
- If there is any difference between the physical object and the following figure, the physical object shall prevail.
- Please refer to the safety distance marked in the figure to place the product.
- This product is a desktop product, and it is forbidden to be used as a built-in product.
Diagram Description: Illustrates recommended placement clearances around the oven: 10cm on the left and right sides, and 10cm at the rear. It also shows the main components: Viewing window, Door handle, Display screen, Clean Water Box, Waste water box, Steaming tray (for steaming function), Baking tray (for combination function, use with tin foil), and Steam rack (for steaming and grilling).
Initial Use
- Close the oven door, and do not put anything in the oven.
- Fill the water box, press the [Select] button, and rotate the selector to choose "36 Cavity Cleaning".
- Press the [Start] button to start cleaning, which takes about 10 minutes.
- When cleaning is completed, a buzzer will sound once. Then, open the oven door for cooling.
Cooling Precautions:
- Do not touch the oven chamber with your hands immediately after cleaning.
- Please wipe off the accumulated water in the oven chamber with a soft cloth after cooling.
- Do not close the oven door before the chamber is completely cooled down.
Use of Water Box
Precautions:
- When the water box is short of water, the water pump will send out a beep-like prompt. Please fill the water box with water in time. If the water box remains in a shortage state, the machine will stop working after beeping for 30 seconds and display "FILL". Add water to the "MAX" line, then press [Start] to continue cooking.
- Add room-temperature boiled water to the water box to avoid scale and prolong the machine's service life.
- After cooking, drain the water from the waste water box and clean water box to prevent bacteria growth.

Control Panel

Operating Process
Notes:
- Press the [Oven Light] button to turn the oven lamp on/off for observing food.
- Top up the water box with room-temperature boiled water before using steam, steam baking, or fermenting functions.
- The steam oven will prompt with an audio signal when food is ready or preheat is finished.
Cooking Modes:
- Steam (Pure Steam): For steaming food quickly with high heat, preserving taste. Suitable for meat, steamed eggs, buns. (Time: 1 min - 2 hours, Temp: 35-100°C)
- Quick Steam (Auto Menu 31): Steams food quickly with high heat. Suitable for seafood, vegetables, frozen food. (Time: 1 min - 1 hour, Temp: 100°C)
- Slow Stew (Auto Menu 32): Simmers food with moderate heat. Suitable for stews and slowly cooked food. (Time: 1 min - 5 hours, Temp: 35-100°C)
- Convection (Press Once): Evenly distributed heat for crispy food. Suitable for baking meat, fried food, cakes, bread. (Time: 1 min - 2 hours, Temp: 100-230°C)
- Combi (Press Twice): Adds steam during convection for moisture and quick cooking. Suitable for baked vegetables, bread, cakes, meat. (Time: 1 min - 2 hours, Temp: 100-230°C)
How to Use (General Steps):
- Ensure the water box is filled.
- In standby mode, touch the desired function/menu button.
- Rotate the selector to set time and temperature.
- Press [Confirm] or [Start] to begin cooking.
Preheat Function: Can be selected before starting most cooking modes to bring the oven to the desired temperature.
Preheat, Fermentation, and Cleaning Functions
- Preheat: Set desired temperature (100-230°C).
- Fermentation (Auto Menu 33): Stable temperature (30-45°C) for dough, yogurt. (Time: 1 min - 24 hours)
- Cleaning Functions:
- Tableware Disinfection (Auto Menu 34): For sterilizing tableware (heat resistance >100°C). Time: 30 minutes.
- Milk Bottle Disinfection (Auto Menu 35): For sterilizing milk bottles. Time: 10 minutes.
- Cavity Cleaning (Auto Menu 36): Cleans the oven cavity using steam and heat. Time: 10 minutes.
- Cavity Deodorization (Auto Menu 37): Removes residual smells after cooking or cleaning. Time: 5 minutes.
- Steam System Cleaning (Auto Menu 38): Deep cleaning of the steam system using citric acid. Time: 1 hour (2 stages).
Tips and Service Guide
Tips Precautions:
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers on the oven door glass.
- Do not place the power cord and plug on the outer cover to prevent damage from residual heat.
- An air sound may occur when closing the door at high temperatures due to steam expansion; this is normal and does not affect use. The sound should cease after about 10 seconds as the oven cools.
- Never immerse the steam oven in water or other liquids.
- Clean accessories with warm water for best results.
- When baking, use tin foil on the baking tray and avoid direct contact with acidic substances like vinegar or lemon juice.
- After steaming, opening the oven door helps remove accumulated water.
- The oven door seal is removable for cleaning. Carefully remove, clean with a damp cloth, and reattach.
