Tips
Precautions
Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers on the oven door glass, as this may cause it to shatter.
Avoid placing the power cord and plug on the outer cover, as residual heat could damage them.
When the oven is hot, internal steam expansion may cause an air sound when the door is closed immediately after opening. This is normal and does not affect operation. The sound typically ceases after about 10 seconds as the temperature slightly decreases.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
It is strictly forbidden to immerse the steam oven in water or other liquids.
Wipe the exterior with a cloth dampened with mild detergent, followed by a damp cloth.
For best cleaning results, use warm water for accessories.
When baking, spread foil on the baking tray and place food on it. Avoid direct contact of acidic substances (like vinegar, lemon, juice) with the tray.
After steaming, it is recommended to open the oven door to help remove accumulated water.
The oven door seal is removable. If food residue gets trapped, carefully remove the seal, wipe it clean with a damp cloth, and reattach it.
Service Guide
Warning
1. Be gentle when cleaning the seal to avoid damage, as steam can easily escape.
2. Install and remove the seal carefully to prevent steam leaks.
3. Always ensure the seal is properly installed before use.
Troubleshooting
If a fault persists after restarting the appliance, contact customer service for professional assistance.
