Step 1: Hardware Installation
Follow these steps to install your EX5512-TO gateway.
1. Connect Modem to WAN Port
Use the included blue cable to connect your xDSL/cable/fiber modem's LAN port to the EX5512-TO's WAN port.

2. Connect Power Adapter
Connect the power adapter to the EX5512-TO and wait for approximately 2 minutes for the device to boot up. Observe the front panel LEDs.
LED Status Indicators
The Power, Internet, WAN, 2.4G, and 5G LEDs will light up green when setup is complete. If lights do not turn green, retry the connection or contact your service provider.

Step 2: WiFi Connection (Method A or B)
The label on the side of the EX5512-TO provides two ways to connect your wireless device to WiFi.
Method A: Scan QR Code to Connect WiFi
1. Check the QR code on the EX5512-TO's side label.
2. Use your wireless device to scan this QR code.
3. After scanning, join the displayed SSID and you can surf the internet.

Method B: Using the SSID Method to Connect WiFi
1. The WiFi SSID and Password are listed on the EX5512-TO's side label.
2. On your wireless device, find this SSID and enter the WiFi Password to connect and surf the internet.

Step 3: App Management
After successfully connecting to the internet, download the MPro Mesh app to manage your MPro Mesh network.
1. Download the MPro Mesh App
Available on Google Play (▶️) and the App Store (?).

2. Enter Serial Number
Open the app and enter the EX5512-TO's serial number. The serial number is located on the bottom label of the device.

3. App Features
Use the app to enjoy features such as:

Adding a Wireless Extender
To add a wireless extender to your EX5512-TO's WiFi network:
1. Press the WPS button on the EX5512-TO once.
2. Press the WPS button on your extender within 120 seconds to start the WPS pairing process.

Safety Warnings ⚠️
- DO NOT use this product near water, for example, in a wet basement or near a swimming pool.
- DO NOT expose your device to dampness, dust, or corrosive liquids.
- DO NOT store items on the device.
- DO NOT install, use, or service this device during a thunderstorm. There is a remote risk of electric shock from lightning.
- Connect ONLY suitable accessories to the device.
- DO NOT open the device or unit. Opening or removing covers can expose you to dangerous high voltage points or other risks.
- ONLY qualified service personnel should service or disassemble this device. Contact your vendor for further information.
- Make sure to connect the cables to the correct ports.
- Place connecting cables carefully to prevent tripping hazards.
- Always disconnect all cables from this device before servicing or disassembling.
- Please use the provided or designated connection cables/power cables/adaptors. Connect to the right supply voltage (e.g., 110V AC in North America or 230V AC in Europe). If the power adapter or cord is damaged, it might cause electrocution. Remove it from the device and power source; repairing the adapter or cord is prohibited. Contact your local vendor to order a new one.
- DO NOT remove the plug and connect it to a power outlet by itself; always attach the plug to the power adapter first before connecting it to a power outlet.
- DO NOT allow anything to rest on the power adapter or cord, and do NOT place the product where anyone can walk on it.
- DO NOT use the device outdoors; ensure all connections are indoors. There is a remote risk of electric shock from lightning.
- CAUTION: Risk of explosion if battery (on the motherboard) is replaced by an incorrect type. Dispose of used batteries according to instructions and applicable collection points for electrical and electronic equipment recycling.
- DO NOT obstruct the device ventilation slots, as insufficient airflow may harm your device. For example, do not place the device in an enclosed space or on a very soft surface like a bed or sofa.
- For permanently connected devices, a readily accessible disconnect device shall be incorporated external to the equipment. For pluggable devices, the socket-outlet shall be installed near the equipment and shall be easily accessible.
- Caution! The RJ-45 jacks are not used for telephone line connection.

Notes on 5G Wireless Function
- For devices operating in the 5150-5250 MHz and 5725-5850 MHz bands, operation is restricted to indoor use to reduce the potential for harmful interference to co-channel mobile satellite systems.
- For devices with detachable antennas, the maximum antenna gain permitted in the band 5725-5850 MHz must comply with the relevant EIRP limits.
- For devices operating in the 5250-5350 MHz and 5470-5725 MHz bands, the maximum antenna gain must also comply with EIRP limits.
