Hardware Installation
Step 1: Connect the included blue Ethernet cable from the front bedroom's blue Ethernet port to the EX3510-B1's blue WAN port.
Step 2: Connect the power adapter to the EX3510-B1 and wait for two minutes. Check the EX3510 front panel.
Step 3: The Power LEDs will light up green when the setup is complete. If the lights do not turn green, please retry or contact your service provider for assistance.
LED Status Indicators

POWER | Green (On) | Power is on. |
POWER | Green (Blinking) | Starting up. |
POWER | Red (On) | System failure. |
POWER | Red (Blinking) | Upgrading firmware. |
INTERNET | Green (On) | Internet is ready. |
INTERNET | Green (Blinking) | Transmitting/receiving internet data. |
INTERNET | Red (On) | Attempt to get an IP address failed. |
WAN | Green (On) | Link up. |
WAN | Green (Off) | Link down. |
LAN | Green (On) | Link up. |
LAN | Green (Off) | Link down. |
USB | Green (On) | Link up. |
USB | Green (Off) | Link down. |
2.4G | Green (On) | 2.4GHz WiFi is ready. |
2.4G | Green (Blinking) | Transmitting/receiving data. |
5G | Green (On) | 5GHz WiFi is ready. |
5G | Green (Blinking) | Transmitting/receiving data. |
WiFi Connection
Using the SSID method to connect WiFi: On your wireless device, find the WiFi Network Name (SSID) and enter the WiFi Password on your wireless clients to surf the internet. For example, the SSID might be 'Zyxel_XXXXX' and the password 'XXXXXXXXXXX'.
App Management
Step 1: After successfully connecting to the internet, download the MPro Mesh app to your wireless device to manage your MPro Mesh. You can find links to download the app from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
Step 2: Open the MPro Mesh app and enter the EX3510-B1's serial number, which is located on the bottom label of the device.
Step 3: Use the MPro Mesh app to enjoy the following features:
- Remote Management
- Internet Instant Block
- View Home Devices
- Guest Wi-Fi
- Push Notification Management
- Home Wi-Fi Name configuration
